Un hotel muy básico y la atención deja mucho que desear

Half of the room ran out of power while we were gone and when we came back the room was super hot because the power had shut off and the fans where off, the fridge had no power, neither did the microwave. We called them the day of and the day after but we never received a response.

We visited a couple years ago and this place had a hot tub and a swimming pool. It’s sad to see them gone. Also this is a contactless property so if you need extra stuff good luck.

It’s my favorite place in Tahoe..

Shockingly dirty and in poor condition — especially for the price. Shower completely clogged, old food in fridge, old cigarettes in night stand, floors dirty, sink broken, “queen” bed was a full (4.5 ft), no AC — just one old box fan.

Housekeeping on request was not needed for my 5 night stay but ask for, and got fresh towels. My wife and I were sorry to have to leave and will return. The touchiness check in process was extremely user friendly. The price point was exceptional and could have paid hundreds more per night and for what? An English muffin and some dry eggs in a neglected chafer dish. No thank you Hampton Inn. If your looking for the Ritz Carlton, don’t stay here but if your smart….you found the spot.

Property is in a really good location. Bed is not that comfy and floor was kind of dusty. Everything else was okay

Never got a response when asking for extra towels. Mold around the top of the shower. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

Great place. Quiet and near a lot of activities. Lots of food and stores nearby. Very clean and nice rooms.

Unfortunately, the property had something die under the unit and we had to check out. They initially sent someone over with a plug in deodorizer. When we asked for our money back and checked out early they finally brought in a unit to help clean the air.

Clean room. Quiet. Close to everything in south lake.

The bathroom did not have soap or liquid hand soap, which was disappointing (fortunately I had hand sanitizer). Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable.

heater remote control did not work no heater in the bathroom - the 'heat' bulb did not work random cable in the middle of the room armchair in room was wonky/broken

This is a basic property that provides a bed for the night. The property needs maintenance. While my room had been cleaned, the door had years of grime and the bathroom gaps around the tub enclosure and mold.

Great location and very clean/comfortable. None of the outlets in the room would hold a plug in though (too loose) which was extremely frustrating.

This place is a gem! Seamless check in and out, great atmosphere, quiet and comfortable rooms.
