The location was fantastic, we ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious, prices were reasonable and the staff were fantastic.
-
Not much The bed was very uncomfortable. They were doing work on the balcony above us and making a lot of noise for a couple of days which was annoying. Everything looked a little rundown at the property. The restaurant downstairs the food wasn’t very good. And the beach had no shade, and there was no chairs or umbrellas that we could use from the facility to go to the beach.

Disappointing

I was never told about the parking we had to pay $60 for two cars, the room amenities are run down scratched up. And then we caught the valet parking when they went to go get our car four people got off of our vehicle when they brought it to us which I don't think was cool at all

Location 1: parking fee which was 10% of room cost per night. 2: the undisclosed resort fee of $78, another 10% charge 3: water on floor from frig having been turned off to defrost. Requiring maintenance to clean up. 4: bath body wash empty but already in shower. Had to call maintenance. 5: clothes dryer on second floor error code SE, heat sensor problem. Clothes never dried. Reported. 6: the condo desk offered a lake cruise if we listened to a short sales pitch. I wasn’t there to be bothered.

Very good location. Very nice staff. Very convenient to use the BBQ grill. Parking is not self parking, only valet parking, though staff is super nice. The bathroom is not clean though
-
The deluxe studio had a kitchenette and sofa which was worth the extra coast. Staff were friendly and supportive. Valet parking was convenient and responsive. The amenities at this location were lacking. Although there were outdoor games, there was limited outdoor seating for just relaxing. The pool deck was small for the size of the hotel, the pool was cold and the room was showing its age.
-
The advertising was misleading was not on water no beach, the pool was unusable too cold the property was very old and dated was not aware of the parking charge until arrival and forced to use a valet service that was extremely busy

Nice hotel

Clean room , comfortable beds . Wish the parking was free !
-
Beautiful location and next to excellent restaurants and coffee shops!
-
The pool heater was out of service during our stay and no eta for fix. However, the hotel still charge full resort fee.

I asked for the top of the floor when I booked 5 day ago they didn't give the room I requested
-
Overall was good stay with basic needs met. Please, note that this place is a timeshare as well so it's like a living community with people effectively walking around like it's their house. Also, the staff are very slow or never respond to requests. We had to ask them few times for room service which is not done by just using the don't distribute card. Other than that, central to lots of things. Decent stay.

Place was clean and tidy. It was close to downtown South Lake Tahoe. It was nice to have a kitchen in our room. 30 dollar a day mandatory valet parking unless you want to find parking far away. It's not mentioned in the booking and for 350$ a night for their base room, I would hope that would of included the few times you may need your car to take off from the hotel. Also, if you get an "A" suite with a balcony, make sure it faces the outside of the hotel. The center court is LOUD with kids all day and night.

I didn’t like that despite being on the water there was no water view. The pool is far too small for the amount of people who are at the resort. I also wish there was a self park option - waiting on valet every time, especially in the mornings, took quite a while. Overall, I think it was as a decent value for the the stay. Be aware it’s extremely Busy roads around the area.

The hotel has very little seating around the pool. The lake access is only a marina area that doesn’t seem appropriate to swim. The rooms are TINY. And parking is valet only for $30/day.
