It's was good and had nice breakfast

Excellent location, really clean rooms and hotel. There was a power outage while we were there and no back up generator for hotel itself

Very clean and ideal location. Very noisy at night.

Food was delicious. Hot tub was helpful after a long day riding. Would stay and recommend hotel.

There ada chair for the pool didn't work and they were very rude about it.

​The breakfast was okay—the fresh fruit bar was a standout, though the hot options were fairly average. Our room was very clean, though it had a few minor maintenance issues with the bathroom door and the wooden curtain cornice/valance. ​Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it to other families!

There were ants all around the tables. Also, the front desk representative (Kevin) stated that there’s a rule of having to exchange all towels/sheets if we need extra (I never heard of this rule until now). A hint of attitude from Kevin as well

Clean Terrible bathroom with weird barn door that kept opening on itself. Hard uncomfortable bed. Parking fee. Not worth the money

The $15 parking fee threw me off, the staff were rude not helpful and I regret paying $1000 for this place. Worse Hampton inn ever.

First there system was down so I couldn't check in, after a few hours I was able to check in they said I wouldn't be charged for parking which was 15 dollars a day. There new bathroom doors don't close, which is a problem when your a man sharing a room with 3 girls(my kids and wife). Finally they charged me over 300 dollars when I checked out, I am disputing this with my credit card company, as I haven't heard from them as to why they are charging me this amount everything was paid for on the hotels.com app and I was only supposed to pay $13.50 fee there. The room was fine, it was clean and the breakfast was ok, the staff was also fine I don't blame them for the system outage but you would think a company this big would have ways to check people in if the system goes down, It started off bad and ended bad with them trying to charge me extra, so I don't think I will stay here again maybe just stay at one of the casinos next time.

Well designed large rooms with plenty of outlets and connections! Thermostat used to work from wall mount, but this time ac had to be adjusted at the unit. First room assigned had a jammed window so we needed to switch rooms.

A great place to spend your vacation in Lake Tahoe. The hotel is in brand new condition, and I especially loved the spa area.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed having the coffee and tea station available all the time. Reasonably priced hotel especially during the summer season. Great value!
