Location Clean

When you say dirty I mean no efort to keep clean. Broken and dirty vents. My mom found hair in her covers. Smelled musky as if the door and windows never where opened. Booking should have standard and controll more the property. It was a last min booking in labor day weekend. I hold my self responsible for not finding something sooner. But I paid 400.00 for 1 night. But they should not be allowed to rent out a room of this quality for this much.. avoid at all cost.

The location Did not have a record of online reservation. Increased rates after two days of already staying there.

Location was great! Easy walking access to the Heavenly village, Target and many restaurants and attractions. Easy to park as well. Room size was ok for two people. The room is very outdated, and I actually could not sleep because the spring mattress was very soft and loud when moving around. They really need to update their mattresses! You get what you pay for the price.

The location is perfect! It was hot that day in Lake Tahoe and there were only fans so it was a little stuffy.

Owner suggecsted me to park in the back of the hotel and didn't explained me about neiboring property. When I arrived at night I parked as I was suggested. In the morning my car was towed by another property. When I parked at night it was very confusing to identify that another building is actually different property different from the hotel. I spent 2 hours retriving the car from the tow company, paid $871 and my vacation was ruined.

The beds are horrible

walking distance The sheets had stained and hair found. Bathroom towels not so good for use. Dirty stained walls and stained chairs. Place never got sanitize and the bed frame was very dirty.

The bath room did not have a tub

Location and last minute booking. I needed one night sleep. Good thing they have two fans in the room for air. It smells But decent .

No air conditioning was bad enough but there were cockroaches in the room. COCKROACHES!! I asked for a refund because of the bugs and was told by the owner that I was out of luck, I had paid online so there was nothing I could do. She was so rude!

Friendly staff. The room was clean but kind of run down. The bathroom had a backed up sink with no mechanism to open the drain stop. Also there was no blackout curtain, so the bright property light outside filtered in all night, making it feel like it was daylight out and hard to fall asleep.

Pleasant

It was a nice place for a last-minute booking and lodging. I think the towels and sheets could have been cleaner, but overall it was ok for a place to just sleep, wake up and go!

location key quiet neighbors a park across the street and the 711 opposite side the park with top quality pizza and sushi plus cannabis club and liquor store in between across the street and friendly owner/staff who don’t put up with any shenanigans TIP as is everywhere the homeless pop is rising with some being a better caliber of individual than some of our political elected officials and still others being as ungrateful as the very officials who I eluded to above so don’t let any into your rooms because of obvious reasons . all good
