It is very close to a beach, many eating and shopping places. Upgraded, clean. On site parking is limited

No top sheet under blanket. Maybe a European thing light by bed switch broken. Clean room

De kamers hebben een kleine airco en allemaal leuk ingericht! De badkamer is heel netjes met een fijne douche. De ligging is goed en je kan online inchecken zodat je echt je eigen kamer hebt.

Make sure to bring your allergy pills if you are visiting peak pollen season. I have no negative comment on our stay here

The room was clean and the location was good. They kept the parking lot well shoveled. The central heater didn't work and we had to use a space heater. We were there during the big storm so it was pretty cold sometimes. Also there is no table or wardrobe, etc, which was a bit of an annoyance trying to organize our stuff, unpack , etc

The Queen suite was comfortable and perfect for our two night stay. The facility is on the smaller side and all on the first floor so it was quiet at night. The room itself was clean and well decorated. Great communication with the management.

No office available to help check in. You have to check in on your own through links. I called the customer service number provided and only one gentleman available to help and if he’s busy, you have to wait for him to be available to take your call. The room did not have a real heater, only a tiny plug in heater.

The location was within walking distance to the Gondola, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. No laundry facilities on site

The room is basic, fridge, microwave, and toster in bathroom. Heating not great, lights in bathroom flicker. No seating, except small table chairs. Ok in a pitch.

My stay was great! The lodge is in an amazing location - walkable to heavenly village and the gondola. The rooms are extremely clean and beds are comfortable. The rooms have smart TVs which was a nice bonus. They have contactless check in which was quick and convienent. I have stayed here multiple times while in south lake and each stay was great! I would 100% stay again and would recommend. Nothing! Everything was great.
