Tahoe Hacienda Inn

The room however is due for paint and update of the "closet/desk area and the tiles of the bath tub. I was visiting for family events during my stay and did not have time for the hot tub. I would have liked coffee access in my room, I did realize how conveint coffee access was as I checked out overall I rate my experience as 4+ stars

I didn’t know they had breakfast. The location was nice because it was close to everything. The bed was super hard! Their pillows were very flat. They only had a small desk area with one chair which u needed at least two so both could sit. We expected a bathtub but all that was there was a shower.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Office was odd and I couldn’t get free coffee like they said.

La área de la alberca está bien aunque ya le falta también un mantenimiento. Las cortinas de la habitación están muy largas y tapan el aire acondicionado y eso impide que se enfríe la habitación. En la regadera me tocó con tina y al abril la llave en lo que esperaba que se regulara el agua la tina se llenó no se iba el agua pronto. No usamos el refri, ni la TV, ni el microondas. Las sábanas ya estaban viejas en una cama la sábana tenía hoyos de ruptura.

Good for a last minute stay

Room service was good, after first night they cleaned up the room and took out trash, brought clean towels and more shampoo with soap. TV had lots of channels. Room has AC which really saved us from the heat. Property had a pool with bath tub, didn’t have time to try it but looked clean, not many people were using it. Property located in downtown, walkable distance to common stores and good food spots, 10-15 min walk max. They had hot and cold water, everything worked well, good water flow. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room had refrigerator which didn’t work, seemed to be plugged in but it was warm inside. Really warm in the room without AC.

Location -- you will hear the noise of cars. But the location is so convienent, Ihop is like next door, and so is Mcdonalds. The heavenly village is walking distance. Room - COMFY beds, soooo comfy and so spacious. Perfect for family of 7! When walking in, you are met with a punent smell, so bad we had to leave the door open a few minutes. However, it didn't matter much we still enjoyed it. We didn't have a microwave although last time we stayed here, we DID have one.

The pool The sink is not totally go down the water. We need to put something so the water go downz The toilet bowl when we sat it's moved. Dangerous and scary

Room was clean, very affordable, Hot tub was awesome, pool was nice but chilled. Staff were excellent!!!

We love staying here, but this time we had a room without the hot tub. Which we miss... The staff is very nice and informative. The location is perfect for us.

Pool needed vacuuming

Easy location, quiet and fast check in! Bed was a little uncomfortable. Outdated but def worth the value!

The jacuzzi was fantastic! The cabin feel was great! Wifi worked amazing! We just needed a place to sleep before adventures all day long and this hotel worked great! The fireplace had burnt logs that made the living room smell like old camp fire & the mattress pad was so stretched out it kept slipping off... should really have a mattress enclosure to prevent bugs and from it slipping off.
