The hotel is located approximately 1. 5 kilometres north of South Padre Island centre. This 52-room motel offers all the amenities that clients will need for a very pleasant stay. Guests can take advantage of Internet access in public areas for a fee, and those arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the hotel car park. All rooms have recently been remodelled to include a 32-inch LCD TV with AV connection for gaming. WLAN Internet access is available for a fee per 24 hours. Rooms come with a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, granite countertops and a raised wash basin, as well as wood-effect flooring. When travelling on US 77, drive east on SR 100 for approximately 45 kilometres to Queen Isabella Causeway. Cross over the causeway and turn left onto Padre Boulevard. The hotel will be approximately 5 kilometres ahead on the left.

Pool was green, and full of mold. Unsafe and a biohazard. We didn't even make it to the room and went asking for a refund and No refund was given

The shower curtain was torn and not connected to shower clips. There wasn't any bath or hair soap. The towels were dingy and had stains. Floors dirty. Did not walk barefoot. The parking area was very dark and not well lit. Did not feel safe. Not worth $380 a night.

All the reviews on expedia were glowing saying it was a good place. Don't believe!!! False advertisement. The hotel offers no amenities, no microwave, no frig, no coffee maker, no towels, no soap, nothing. Housekeeping never came in room to clean or make sure we had toilet paper or towels. I had to chase staff down to get towels of which there were very few and they were dingy and smelled. The room had termites and roaches coming out of the shower drain. The stairs were not up to code and dangerous. The ice machine was broken. There was peeling paint on the ceiling, towel racks missing, no water pressure in the toilet or shower. The mattress was actually a box spring and very uncomfortable. The pictures were not accurate at all, perhaps they were taken somewhere else. The pool was green, it's the middle of summer!!! The owners should be ashamed. Also the price is cheaper online versus expedia

Do not listen to the reviews on Experian about this property. The room quality for the price point is awful and would not recommend a stay here to anyone. Room was dirty, no toiletries or towels kept in room, pool was green, uncomfortable bed, stained and thin sheets, ac unit dripping condensation onto the floor and wouldn’t keep room cool. Door lock was loose and unsafe. The stairs to the upper were not up to code. Curtains were broken and falling off the wall. All in all a terrible property that needs to be demolished. No one needs to tolerate those conditions.

No toilet paper , no towels , false advertisement , stains all over the towels that we had to ask for, stains all over the sheets, I've never left any bad reviews but this was just disgusting

The mattresses were filthy, old, and uncomfortable. The beds are up against the walls with hardly any walking room between. All of the a/c units have lopped off laundry detergent containers catching water which then is filled with mosquito larve. The shower had thick soap scum. No stay over housekeeping. The clothing dryer is out of order. The pool is a tiny, old, hole in the ground. Parking is a nightmare.

The place was gross very old and no one is ever at the the front desk. I had no towels in my rooms upon checking in at 4:20pm I asked multiple times for towels the women argued and said there is one towel which I checked in with two guest what does one towel do for anyone. I got towels at 11:00pm with blood on them.

Room was dirt smelled awful Shower head broken faucet parts falling apart. Swimming pool was dangerous metal rusted sharp objects visible sticking out wall of pool

Buen cuarto para el precio que es comparado a otros hoteles de la zona, solo pequeñas observaciones, el cuarto tenía un par de bichos muertos, 1 de las 2 toallas que nos proporcionaron se veían en mal estado y el baño tenía puesto un papel higiénico a la mitad, solicite un rollo nuevo y me dieron otro a medio usar, superó mis expectativas tomando en cuenta que no eran muy altas ya que sabía a lo que iba por opiniones en sitios de hotelería y experiencias previas en hoteles de mismo nivel.

Dirty room , the bed was full of mold. They’re infested with roaches. Disgusting. Nothing like the pictures they posted.

The mattresses were filthy, and you could see cockroaches crawling on the walls; the sheets were stained, the power outlets didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was down. That place really needs to be demolished—I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Nothing about the Hotel is clean you have roaches no cold water on the sink just hot water shower need fixing horrible experience never again your pictures are deceiving

When I got there , the lobbies wasn’t in the office it took her 30 min to come out because she had fallen asleep in a room and she had an attitude because we had woken her up never again staying there !
