terrible service. booked the most expensive room months in advance. once there was told there wasn’t any and was sold out but there was 10 cars outside. got placed in the cheapest room. wouldn’t allow points to account

Super visit. Clean. Contemporary. Good coffee. Very pleased. Helpful staff.

The staff is excellent, except for one lady in the morning. I did not get her name, but she was not cordial to me or the gentlemen eating breakfast. She went to the very polite lady preparing the breakfast to complain about the gentlemen finishing the food. Employees should always be aware of customers when having conversations. The lady had half silver and red/brown hair. Sharita and Jean were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are fairly clean although they could use a deep cleaning of crevices in the bathroom. Lastly, I recommend duvet covers on the beds as opposed to a flat sheet covering it. Other than it was a great stay with nice beverage amenities for the guest.

Great day for just a few hours of sleep exactly what I needed

I was staying here for a week to work remotely. The staff was very nice and helpful. The place overall was clean. But the room i was in, the box spring near the headboard was dirty. There was hair, dirt and a small drop of stain what looked to be brown....could be coffee? Looked like they hadnt clean behind thr mattress near headboard in awhile. I did ask if i could change rooms but was told they were sold out that night but if i wanted to change rooms the following night i could. So i appreciate it.

Breakfast is a little weak.

No soap in the bathroom and hair left in the tub and sinks . Had to clean on my own- other than that - staff was very nice, beds were comfortable and clean

No pool in r outdoor area. Property is close to shopping

Not too bad. I was a little disappointed we had to wait for the room to be cleaned and it was well after 5:00 pm before we got into the room.

Had a a wonderful experience ,staff on all shifts were friendly.

All in all, the hotel was nice. What I didn’t like was how thin the walls and floors were. We couldn’t sleep until around 12:30am even though we had to travel the next day and went to bed at 10pm. There were people above us stomping on the floor every time they got off the bed to walk. The room next to us had people in and out every 10 minutes and very loud talking. The hallways had people making noise from one room to another and slamming doors. We paid $140 so we could sleep. We didn’t get what we paid for. Never staying at Avids again.

My husband & I were just passing through on vacation so we only stayed for one night & checked in late but the front desk was extremely friendly. The room was nice & clean & we enjoyed the breakfast.

The floor in our room was wet in the morning and the roof in the lobby was leaking but everything else was great.

. But, they charge a $4.95 fee that they call, ‘parking lot maintenance fee’ . All in all the parking is NOT free they disguise it as a ‘parking lot maintenance fee’ . And they hotel is not on a main drag This is actually a false narrative where They hide the real fees

The room was really small, and the hotel wouldn't honor my hotels.com gift card.
