There were ants in the room. And a few more small things but nothing major.

Loved the room I didn’t like that they ran out of towels my kids couldn’t take showers

* Laundry equipment out of service * Side entrance card reader not working properly * Shower seal issues. Water fills the bathroom floor with water every time I used it. * Microwave problems. Smelled like burnt something every day when I used it. * Damaged/worn flooring * Inconsistent housekeeping * Towels not being replaced/delivered consistently * Multiple issues reported more than once without timely resolution. None of these were resolved during my 18 days I stayed there. I was contacted by the general manager and she assured me the problems would be resolved. I do plan on staying here again in 2 weeks.

The property needs a revamp, the door was open to my room when I got to the room. There was a party in the breakfast area when I checked in 20 or more people

Staff was great and helpful. Room smelled like animal waste. Anyone with pet allergies should think twice. One pillow was dirty

Did the trick for a quick stop on the way home. Friendly staff and well located off the highway with lots of restaurants around. Great fleets our two dogs. The kitchen in the room was very convenient. Could have been a little cleaner but wasn’t a deal breaker. Would stay again.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaner for the price. It looked a bit dated and dirty.

The property was not well maintained The bathroom shower water wouldn’t drain out and almost over flooded the bathroom room floors. We contacted the front desk and they said they would send someone but it took forever so we asked can they have someone check it out the next day since it was late. Needless to say they didn’t send someone to come check it out. I’ve stayed at this property before some years ago and it wasn’t ran like this. I will never ever stay here again unless under new management and better maintained.

Staff was very nice, the only problem we had was with the cleanliness of the rooms. You could tell they did not actually clean the rooms in depth, they just cleaned what was able to be seen. Other than that I was satisfied with the stay.

Amazing stay at hotel

The spacious suites worked well for our larger group and was in a nice location near restaurants and outlet mall. The breakfast was also good.
