Homewood Suites by Hilton Southaven

Opportunities: Add body wash in the shower instead of hand wash. Also, I don't feel like the $10/day parking fee is justified. Especially since it's an open parking lot, no security or garage parking.

Convenience Newly built however inside look 20 years worn out

The staff was amazing. Thee rooms were very clean. Overall an amazing experience

We had a great stay at this property the staff was amazing we would definitely stay at this hotel if we are ever in the southaven area in the future.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The outdoor grilling area not so great. The grills were not usable and looked like they haven’t been used is quite some time. Several of the cushions had holes/tears.

Outside was clean Outdated and carpets are dirty, tiles cracked, maintenance issues throughout

Toilet didn't work and staff said I couldn't change rooms because hotel was full...and there was no one on call to fix broken toilet. Had to keep lid closed to cut down on smell.

2. you are charging $10.70 for parking. I could not believe you are charging for this area. 3. After check out you are charging me additional $0.3. What is this for?????

Pool During check-in i was told the room i booked had been sold, so i had to settle for a king suite with 5 people

Room was incredible!! Very nice! Everything was good!

Anywhere I travel I stay at Homewood suites

This is an older property, and it definitely shows its age. Unfortunately, the front desk staff we encountered were not very helpful and seemed largely unsympathetic when concerns were raised. I was also surprised by the $10-per-night parking fee. The hotel has a large parking lot with plenty of space, and given that it's not located in a particularly high-demand area, the charge felt unnecessary and disappointing.

Awesome place to stay! Massive queen over queen bunk beds will blow your kids minds as soon as you open the door. One minor issue was a missing tv remote that got replaced with a bad remote before finally getting a working one. And the pool should’ve been closed to the public it was cloudy. Easy fixes and I’d definitely stay again.

The blinds did not close all the way, letting a lot of light in. The walls are pretty thin so we heard a lot of noise.

Breakfast was amazing very clean staff was super nice downside the pool heater wasn’t working so the water was too cold to get inside

For the most part, we had a good stay. Great location, great kitchenette, & separate bedroom was wonderful. But we had an issue with our TV not working, & it took 2 days to get it fixed. Also, the pool water was chilly, heavy on chemicals, & the pool towels are the size of a dish towel. We might say here again, but not sure.
