No, it was clean, dirty,The AC was also very noisy and loud. I do not recommend this place at all. I paid for a two-bedroom room, but they gave us only one room for five people. It was really, really bad. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition was horrible and unacceptable.

The pool was the best one we had - over 3 weeks and multi hotels. Staff were friendly and accomodating early entry. Room was huge and kitchen helped. Comfy for the three of us laundry facility was excellent. So close to all shopping Food was mid. Waffle machine was broken and then some days no mix either. Not a great breakfast to be honest for the level of stay and it lets down the rest of hotel.

Love the pool area, was one of my favorite things. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Overall my stay was really good! The only reason I wouldn’t say excellent is because the lobby area mainly by the elevator on the first floor had a foul smell. But the room was clean and smelled nice the amenities were awesome and the staff was great.

Out room was nice and comfortable, but seeing dirt on the floor in several locations, finding dirty glasses with lipstick and finger prints on them didn’t go over well. To add insult to the injury, we were told how good the cleaners were as we listened to one on the non English speaking managers tell us that the dirt we were seeing was a result of poorly chosen flooring materials that would come off-she said all of this through her cell phone using Google Translate while at the same time removing the dirt she insisted couldn’t be removed. We also had a problematic phone I our room that didn’t work. We were told a work order was put in but we never saw anyone. I almost forgot, we did have a housekeeper enter our room without knocking while we were there. I guess it’s a good thing we were there. The pool and dog walking area was nice. Having said all of this, the location is decent and again, the front desk staff really tried to do their jobs. For that alone, I’d recommend this hotel to someone looking for a mid tier hotel at best. For a hotel that’s been open for 6 months, wow

The staff was amazing and so kind. The property was very clean and the room was wonderful. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had.

I like the room. That’s it I didn’t like that it was an issue with our payment. We originally selected online to pay at the property but later I decided to just pay online through booking. I paid the full amount owed and was send a receipt. However when I made it to the hotel, they didn’t have it showing paid which led to a back and forth with the hotel staff. She told me she couldn’t do nothing with the receipt and that I needed to call booking.com. She kept telling me that my reservation was canceled when I had a email showing my reservation was in fact active and paid for. I showed her the email from booking saying that they would be sent a virtual card to pay for the room and she just dismissed that and said no we don’t get virtual cards from booking which was a lie. She even mentioned that they could charge me again for the full amount of the stay which was 549.00 for 3 nights which was unacceptable. I already paid for this stay, I wasn’t about to pay again!! Not to mention me and my family just drove 10 hours from Texas with a toddler all night and was exhausted and wanted to just lay down . It took all of 45 minutes for them to find the virtual card and pay for room from booking. Which was unacceptable and the fact that I called a day before to make sure to avoid this in advance but still had to go through this crap was and still is mind blowing. Oh they “waived” the 50.00 incidental fee as a courtesy! This was an horrible experience

I booked my room and it gave me the option to pay at the property. The rooms were regular price. I guessed they found out about the tournament that was being held in their city and decided to raise the price. They ran the card on file and my card was locked so they canceled my room so when I called they told me I could get my room but the price was over double what it was at first. When I told them I was suppose to pay at the property they said take it up with Booking.com. They did this to a total of 8 parents on our team so we had to find rooms somewhere else at the last minute.

Awesome hotel, staff, and pool!! Needs another luggage cart or two!!
