When I did my booking I was looking for family friendly hotels. There pictures & everything they advertised wasn’t true. The property is under renovation & the prices for the rooms wasn’t worth the way the rooms look in person compared to there advertisement. We stayed 2 nights $155 a night that wasn’t worth the cost. The beds were hard cheap flat pillows on the beds. It says free continental breakfast when you are booking but when we go down for breakfast they were charging $8 for continental & $15 for buffet which nothing was set up buffet style. I have stayed at better places for a cheaper price than what I paid here. I would recommend going elsewhere than here especially if you have kids. The lobby looks great but as you pass the lobby & going beyond, it’s all under renovation just horrible

The breakfast could use a little help. Two days I tried to eat what was the bar as far as the meats, it was burnt and overcooked, biscuits were hard and lying on an open counter under a light with no covering. The fruit and other items were very good.

The staff was very friendly. Under renovation, so it was being updated.

The bartender Cherelle was a great host for my friends and myself at the bar! Great personality and she created a great experience for us!

My parents came to visit and stayed here with their dog. Checking in was super easy and the staff was friendly. The tv was not working properly in their room and apparently the maintenance person was not at work but that did not stop someone else from helping. They raved about the service they received.

Location was great- staff very friendly! It stated breakfast included buttons not. You must pay .

Hotel overall was great. They have a new cook my food was terribly made. I purchased pancakes and bacon. My pancakes had to be made twice the first was an experiment and the second time they were flat as tortillas. No fluff at all!! The previous cook Tony was awesome. I will not order food again from the restaurant until it improves. The cashier has been ther for awhile and was apologetic and very helpful.

Nice and quiet hotel right off the highway.

My stay was good , room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and informative of letting me know there were some renovations in progress , but assured no renovations would be happening doing my weekend stay .

Close to shops and Landers Center Under renovation on the 2nd floor

The staff was very nice and hotel is in a great area. Both women that worked the front desk were great. The only bad thing was the whole hotel was under construction and the air was clearly broken in the lobby and elevators. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal we just had no warning in advance that everything was being worked on during our stay.
