We stay here over and over and this is the first time we have had any issue. Sadly the pool was closed for almost the entirety of our stay in triple digit heat with small children. Would have been amazing if there was a reciprocal site to be able to drive to another hotel for a pool use. Other than that the place is perfect and staff is phenomenal.

The refrigerator was louder than expected. Hair on the toilet when we arrived. The staff and breakfast were great.

Very clean, professional staff, good breakfast!

Everything but the Fire alarm going off and on at 1:30 in the morning thru 4:30am. The ultra bright strobe light flashed in our room and in the bathroom. Very little sleep. The fire alarm going off

Great stay! Very clean and friendly , accommodating staff. Breakfast was also very good . Only suggestion would be to keep the breakfast open til at least 10am. Recommend it.

The hotel was clean, super friendly staff and a great breakfast

Nice location, easy access to tons of shopping and places to eat. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff super friendly. Our room had large gross stain on the carpet and bathroom door rubbed floor so that we struggled to open and close it. Pieces of the insulation were falling out of the bottom of the door. Elevator was working but felt very hot inside with no air or fan. Felt like it may fail at any time. Made us very uncomfortable to use it and we chose the stairs several times to avoid using it.

Just an overnight stay but it felt comfortable and inviting. The staff was kind. Great location. . .

Wonderful experience. Well maintained, great staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. Also, they make you feel like they know you, and you are a welcomed guest. Upon leaving, the friendly desk clerk gave me a big, happy smile a bright "See you next time!" (This must be a charming example of legendary southern hospitality, because only a day earlier I was greeted at a Chick Fila in Concord and sent off from the Spa in Pinehurst with the same cheery "See you next time!" :))

Clean, convenient location, great breakfast with lots of variety!

Breakfast was terrific. Beds were comfortable. Shower leaked water out the back and had almost no pressure--worse than a camp chower
