The very large window shade in my room would not roll down. When I called for a staff person to come check it, she said it was broken and that there was broken and that there was nothing she could do about it. My room was located on the front of the hotel, right adjacent to the main parking lit and big bright hotel lights and I was exposed to everyone who parked there, and those who walked by. I asked the staff person if she had a sheet that could be put up over the large window. She said that she would go and check. BUT SHE NEVER RETURNED! In addition to being exposed to the public all night, I was unable to sleep with the bright hotel lights that permeated the entire room ALL NIGHT!!! I paid nearly $200 for this defective room and wish to request a FULL REFUND. (I have photos to show from this extremely bad situation) The location

The housekeeping staff was wonderful and the front desk was exceptional. A lot of the guest that stayed were rude and inconsiderate of the quiet time hours from 10pm-6am. It kept me up.

The staff was friendly The rooms were dirty. And due to multiple issues - a blind breaking on the window, a chirping fire detector in the room that the front desk couldn’t fix - we ended up settling in the third room they gave us which was not cleaned well but at that point we had to leave for our event.
