Nice rooms. Nice staff. Smooth service. Once again, the breakfast that we pay for was cold and missing food options. The hot plates are cold. No fruit. No yogurt. No milk. No silverware. No napkins. No coffee.

They breakfast wasn't as good as I expected

The breakfast was minimal. Very little bread options. They did not clean our room during the stay -- till we asked on the last evening to make the bed and provide new towels. Housekeeping.

Welcoming when you first walked in. Was greeted and was looking forward to seeing my room. The room wasn’t so welcoming. Bathroom wasn’t clean well. The tub was nasty. Hair and etc was left behind. Couldn’t get the temperature in that room right. It was cold or too hot. My voice was gone that a.m when I left. The staff (a woman) that was checking me had some negative words say to me. Not understanding that I had no voice to answer.

Another weird thing is that there are no drawers to put clothes in. We were there for 5 days, so it would have been nice to have those. The beds are comfy and our bathroom had been very nicely renovated. The staff are lovely. They gave us bottled water whenever we asked for it.

Hotel was ok, lots of things going on and very busy staff so you may have to wait a bit for requests to be processed. Rooms need some updating as things are starting to fall apart but it wasn’t the worst stay. 3/5

Linen on the bed should be changed every other day. I was there four days and no linen was changed. Bed was only made up trash cans, empty clean.

The breakfast was adequate, they ran out out food fairly quick, my first day, but there was a family reunion going on so it wasn't a problem, I was still able to eat so really good food I don't think there was anything I didn't like. But I do feel as though maintenance need to be a little more mindful when leaving a room after completing maintenance. Because they left my door cracked open while I was having breakfast. Other than that. It was great

Despite the delay to check in because of a power outage during the holiday weekend, the staff was very helpful and accommodating to all guests. I was willing to get a different room than the one I booked to make it easier on the staff since they were doing such a great job under pressure. The room and hotel were clean, the bar attendant was very friendly. I was happy with the cleanliness of my room and the noise level wasn't bad even though the hotel was fully booked. The coffee was good but I wasn't impressed with the breakfast for this stay. I would've preferred more options like waffles or pancakes, but outside of that this was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very spacious with a nice pool and bar. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was a decent size. I stayed on the first floor, so this may have been why, but we had AT LEAST 15 dead bugs on the floor in our hotel room from the bathroom in the front to the window in the back. I informed the staff of this, and they claimed they would take a look and see what they could do. When we got back to our hotel room, it was clear they hadn’t even checked because the bugs were in the exact same place as before. The other thing was the fact that the A/C seemed to be working overtime because there was a really loud grumbling noise. The TV also would turn off randomly on its own.

everything was clean and staff was friendly and check in was quick but the ice machine wasnt working on our floor and it was 98 degrees outside
