The customer service l, very friendly and helpful We found someone's phone under the air conditioner that seems like it had been there for a while, very dusty and triggered allergies. However, it was addressed and we were still pleased.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice size shower. Once again the paid for breakfast was lacking. Eggs were ice cold, warmer not on, yogurt was beyond expiration point. It was better than the last 4 times though. If you don't properly heat the food someone's going to get sick.

This place is nice though there were a few cleaning issues and our particular toilet was backed up beyond no return. But we liked the people and it’s right around the corner from where I lived for my young years. It’s a nice place. The gym is good.

Once again, the breakfast that we pay for was cold and missing food options. The hot plates are cold. No fruit. No yogurt. No milk. No silverware. No napkins. No coffee.
