Despite the delay to check in because of a power outage during the holiday weekend, the staff was very helpful and accommodating to all guests. I was willing to get a different room than the one I booked to make it easier on the staff since they were doing such a great job under pressure. The room and hotel were clean, the bar attendant was very friendly. I was happy with the cleanliness of my room and the noise level wasn't bad even though the hotel was fully booked. The coffee was good but I wasn't impressed with the breakfast for this stay. I would've preferred more options like waffles or pancakes, but outside of that this was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again.

everything was clean and staff was friendly and check in was quick but the ice machine wasnt working on our floor and it was 98 degrees outside

The staff was very nice however they charged me for the room again although it was paid for already and they would not provide a receipt. The outlets in the room did not work so I couldn't charge it. The bedframes need updating.

Just too many issues I had during my stay. 3 nights. Had an issue at check in. Housekeeping issues during the stay. And issues at check out. For a marriott property I was very disappointed in the overall stay. Front Desk staff needs more training on check in and check out process. Also housekeeping missed servicing my room 2 days in a row.

The room was very nice, however, the toilet was really low. They need a hand rail for it. Also, there is no lock on the bathroom door. It's a sliding glass door. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

This was my 3rd stay @ this location. My family and I have enjoyed your breakfast buffet everytime. The Chef, Waitress, Waiter and the Whole Front of the House was amazing. Not enough late night food items in the store cooler to choose from. Wish the bar would stay open a bit longer.

It was clean and maintained There were some guests who were extremely loud, banging doors, running, shouting and this went on till 4 am. My kids got so scared.

The food stations need to be refreshed ever so often to keep food from becoming stale and crusty. As a former professional chef, this is an easy thing to keep mindful of. No one likes eggs with a dry crust on top. They were approaching that stage. The offerings were more than decent, though. No boiled eggs, which should be offered. Just don’t cheapen the experience by not being attentive. As well, table clothes need to be addressed after previous diners. If they are soiled, they need to be removed/replaced.

Room service is very slow and unreliable. Even after calling, service can take up to two days, and we have to repeatedly follow up just to get a response. There are no water bottles provided, and no proper facility to refill drinking water. Guests are left with no option but to use water from the bathroom, which is unacceptable. The breakfast quality is very poor. There is no proper tea or coffee available, and getting it from the staff feels like a matter of luck. The food options are quite disappointing considering the value charged. The HVAC system is also in very bad condition. It is extremely noisy and seems as old as the hotel itself,

All of the staff were excellent. I want to point out Eva! She was so efficient and especially kind. I appreciate the help and direction over the phone, and then she remembered me when I arrived. When you're exhausted, you need kindness and thoroughness, quickly. Eva was amazing!
