Staff was very friendly and helpful Room smelled like wet dog, and the property was very worn down. Lots of people that apparently live there. The halls smelled of smoke, but they’re nonsmoking rooms.

2 - They put a $100 charge on my credit card for ?? (incidentals?). It's still on my credit card. 3 - My room door did not close properly/completely. I am use to hotel room doors closing and locking. I had to pull the door closed to lock the door. And, my room key had to be positioned just right to unlock the door. 4 - Their vending machines were only about 25% stocked. 5 - It was a very noisy room. I cold hear people on the floor above me. Noise through the walls. Considerable noise from the parking lot. My room was on the 1st floor right next to the parking lot. 6 - The parking lot had trash in it that didn't appear to be cleaned up. 7 - My cell phone had connection issues in the hotel/my room/parking lot. The area seemed to be a dead spot for my AT&T service.

Well the hotel is outdated and it was very dirty stains on all of the furniture including bedding I went to the Walmart up the the street to get bedding and Lysol the sofa bed was awful the room was hot if I could have left I would have

I am not blaming the staff and she was very helpful. The conditions were a surprise and not the most comfortable, but we were stuck.

I just stayed there for 4 days and I have been coming to this hotel for about 3 yrs twice a year to visit my family and I have never had a bad time at all the staff was nice and the room was nice and clean. And I stayed there on 7-24 Thur 7-28-2026
