Staff was great and very accommodating to all of our family members. We had 10mm rooms reserved for all of our family members. Everyone was very satisficed with our stay

Our stay was short so we didn't interact with staff very much but the times we did they were pleasent and helpful.

Only 1 of 2 rooms ready upon arrival. Both rooms had NOT been cleaned thoroughly. Trash, food and other occupants clothes left in the floor. Refrigerator didn't work/ close, and water leaking from somewhere, making both rooms carpet wet. Breakfast was lackluster, not enough food refilled, or seats for a many people who were staying.

I like that staff front desk clerk could text me. I liked the breakfast. This is not the hotel's fault but there was a screaming and wailing baby which sounded scary and disturbing. Wailed for a long time.

The bed was in very poor condition, and the springs in the middle were damaged. It was extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced or repaired.

The management & breakfast staff were great! Unfortunately, housekeeping wasn’t. My room wasn’t cleaned after 3 days- including the bathroom!
