Nice hotel

The shower pressure is terrible!

I love everything about this hotel. Great location off of expressway, near stores and restaurants, room was very clean and the breakfast was good.

We loved this hotel and wished we would have been able to stay for more than one night. Very nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows! Quick service and decent breakfast. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. The hotel itself was very quiet as well and staff were great.

The staff was nice and the place was really clean. I liked the hotel a lot, especially since it has walking trails for my dogs.

Easy check in process and the room was very clean. Staff were nice and common areas were also clean!

We came for a high school graduation and it was perfect for our stay in Southfield. Rooms were large and had a refrigerator and kitchen area. Staff were helpful and breakfast (included) was a nice addition. The pool was family friendly and was fun for my niece.

We didn't have the breakfast. We pretty much slept thru the breakfast part.

Can't watch streaming channels TV won't allow it. Stuck watching live TV. A person got maced and running down the hall screaming for help. No hair dryer in our room. Called front desk and ask but never received one. First day got a room with a bad view over the pool. The food was not worth going to get. Was told we could check out at 2pm. When we called for 2pm was told 1:30pm was the best they could do. Not being able to stream was a huge inconvenience. Not able to steam hulu, Netflix called their tech support to absolutely no avail. They kept escalating situation but no resolution

Room was excellent!

Staff, clean, quite All my events where canceled due to weather. Left a day early would have stayed but no hotter to relax so we left. They wouldn't refund the us the one.night

The hotel is clean and usually smells good. I paid for my reservation through Affirm because the person at the counter doesn't like Affirm she didn't want to use it.. she finally charged 3 days on the Affirm card and later reversed the charges. I didn't expect that to happen so it took my credit card over the maximum amount. The television wouldn't stream any of my programs. Had a bad view on the 2nd floor over the pool. Was told we could check out at 2pm because of the IHG membership but was told we couldn't late check out because they were booked. The garbage disposal doesn't work. The fan sounds like a truck driving through the room. My main complaint is the staff openly admits they aren't familiar with Klarna or Affirm payment methods.
