Free laundry Police always there cause a fight broke out or someone had a gun. Food is terrible the light bites constantly had taco type food and dried chicken can't stream internet from your room there's always some error. The maids don't speak English. Fire alarms go off too often. The front desk staff all follow different procedures.. A few long timers said they were checking out because the hotel looks good but has become too Ghetto!

The rooms are quite large and feel more like an apartment than a hotel. My family loved our stay. Breakfast was also very good.

The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. They did move my room and then I had the sink issue. Overall the hotel is beautiful, No one ever apologized for the inconvenience the desk clerks just bushed it off, but I will never go there again for that reason of them acting as if it wasn’t a issue!

I love everything about this hotel. Great location off of expressway, near stores and restaurants, room was very clean and the breakfast was good.
