I did not stay I left the nightstand was full of ants

This hotel was terrible check in was terrible the front clerk was arguing with customers. The only one working. We arrived at 5pm. For check in didn't get a room till 11pm. Was told housekeeping were still cleaning rooms. When finally able to check in rooms was NEVER CLEANED in had to get another room. That room as clean but NO AIR CONDITIONER. plugs on night stand didn't work. And I had to lay on the floor just to get air in use my portable handheld fan. No we couldn't go to another hotel because of the storm and Everyone was Sold out!!!

The front desk ladies are friendly and really nice. I'm planning to stay there again

Room surfaces were clean but the room smelled and was unpleasant to be in very long. The worst part was there was an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no extras. Went to front desk and they said they’d have someone bring. Never came. Toilet paper is a pretty big deal. We bought our own TP.

It needs a little help.

Ice machine not working

i wasnt advised at check in if there was hot water avaiable for tea and coffee in the lounge, nor any details on breakfast

Please, replace those filthy chairs in the guest rooms. I switched rooms twice, and the chairs were filthy in each room.

The room's television did not work. Maintenance could not resolve in room 239. There was a dirty towel left in the closet in the bathroom area. I left for a short road trip and. Returned on 5.25.2026. The room still had the bed unsaid, no new towels, no sign of housekeeping. We had been driving for four hours and expected to take a shower. The staff offered a new room. 228. Room 228 had a pink stain on pillow case, stain on lounge chairs. Pink and brown. Very heavy dust on desk chair, a pink stain on desk, food embedded in drapery to sliding door, a pink spot/stain on wall paper in bathroom, and then brown or rust colored stains on ceiling of bathroom.

It was extremely clean. As a senior citizen the hallways are extremely long and the elevator is so far from the front desk; however, upon request I was given one of the closer rooms on the first floor.

Manager was great, and the staff was good They were working on a new internet connection it took a couple of days, plus the ice maker on the 2nd floor was not working

Carpet was new, bed was comfortable Undergoing renovations, no housekeeping during our two night stay, no complimentary breakfast

Room was clean but they had alot of construction going on and no one serviced our room and we were there for 4 days

The room was very clean. BUT…The hotel is doing construction and it was an inconvenience. Our room never was serviced so we had to go get our towels everyday and empty our own trash. We took our dirty towels to housekeeping since they liked up. No microwave in room. So could’ve been better.

Property was under construction which was not communicated until after the booking. While the front facade and photos look great the property itself looks like they’re attempting to update an older motel poorly. Rooms have a balcony door that opens directly to the parking lot with no partition or balcony which is odd. Leftover food from previous guest was found in the fridge along w long hair in the shower. And my TV would turn on by itself each night at 2:11am loudly shouting “HDMI is looking for connection”. 2/10 would not stay again.

Chose not to stay due to the safety being breached and tape on the doors with the room numbers written on them. Lobby was in a side room and their systems were down. Avoid this place at all cost!

Even though the staff was excellent, just wasn’t able to use much of anything. It’s a good thing the property is getting renovated, the lobby is in bad shape and all the furniture was clearly worn out.
