The room smelled of cigarettes. All the appliances was stained, microwave and refrigerator was dirty. The bed sheets had stains. The pillows was dingy. The door looked like someone smeared dirty hands all over it. The bathroom was dingy. I tried to get my money back they denied my refund. I would never suggest anyone to stay here. $145 dollars down the drain.

Hi, my name is Antonio Thomas, and I stayed at the establishment on 11th of July, the hotel was very nasty. My room didn’t have clean towels. It was very dusty, the bathroom smelt like mildew so I had to keep it closed all night, the bathroom light continue to flicker the entire time. There is Mets flying around the room and dead nets everywhere. I didn’t trust to sleep on the pillows, nor sleep under any of the sheets, I slept on the edge of the bed uncomfortable because I just didn’t feel like exchanging any rooms. I let the receptionist know, but there was nothing done. The refrigerator was nasty, the microwave was nasty, the desk was greasy and sticky from the last person who stayed there. This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Yeah it was a bit cheaper than the norm but still it should’ve been clean.

Toilet broken. Didn’t flush.

The stay was disappointing. The door lock to our room didn't work properly, and the bathroom lights also didn't work. When I asked if we could be moved to another room, the front desk told us the hotel was fully sold out, so there wasn't another option. I understand that being fully booked limits what staff can do, but I expected the room to be in working order before check-in.

Similar to an outhouse in the back woods! NO THANK YOU

This place was very nasty toilet wasn’t clean nor was the shower also the room smelled terrible like it was chain smoked cigarettes this place should not be open

Do not stay here pay the extra money go somewhere else

Everything. The covers had burnt wholes in it. The towels were dirty. There were no face towels at all.the sheets was soo nasty and dirty I had to ask for one. No fridge no microwave smoke smell everywhere. Just overall waste of money. So nasty and trifling. The shower curtain is terrible.

Dirty room dirty bathroom

Everything no towels in the room. The whole bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain filthy.. burned holes everywhere. Microwave dirty. 2 refrigerators neither of them worked. Sheets bed soooo filthy. Dog hair everywhere no remote. It was very terrible and I was sooooo tired. No water no ice wasted my money

Theres no heat im having to stay wrapped in my coat the room is in extreamly poor condition holes in the wall bathroom door is conpletely shatered and coming apart fridge is nasty. I had to go to desk to ask for a towel however its to cold in here to attempt to shower and no toilet paper. If theyd refund my money id definitely go somewhere else. At this point it might be warmer to sleep in my car

When I got there the woman at the front said the computers weren’t working and that she couldn’t put me in a room. I ended up having to book another room elsewhere. I need to be refunded please.

The room was in fair condition. The room could use an update.

Zero toilet paper literally cardboard. Only One towel. No soap. Broken furniture. Multiple Stains and holes in sheets. Stains on lamp shades. Rust on fixture above head on headboard

The room was filthy and infested with bugs. We requested a refund and the attendant at the hotel agreed.

the room was unacceptable, health hasard should neve be offer to a cliant. Bugs, spiders,no towels no soap.
