location i don't like anything. They have ppl living in the hotel and had me next to a family who fought and argued all night.

I booked this hotel thru booking, as my power went out, my daughter is on a medical machine and we needed the electricity. When we arrive at the hotel I was told BOOKING over booked the hotel and they had to NO ROOM for my family.. ended up have to go elsewhere and paid 3rd more … I was told to reach out to BOOKING to have my $98 refunded …where no one has responded to my refund request… BOOKING IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO BOOK THRU .. this was a terrible experience on top of a terrible situation… BOOKING NEEDS TO REFUND MY $98 that I paid for a service I never received… REFUND MY $98 FOR A SERVICE I WAS INABLE TO USE ON BOOKING AND HOMESTAY SUITES BEHALF DUE TO OVER BOOKING … its not fair that i had to pay more and i cant get back what i paid for something I couldn’t use due to the situation being on BOOKING AND HOMESTAY

Great local and super nice room for the price. Complimentary transport, at 5am, to Airport was helpful.

I had to constantly have a staff come every time I wanted to go smoke a cigarette or leave my room because my key would not work and would not open my door I would never recommend staying there

Nothing personal about the hotel but after we were there for an hour we lost power and at the electric company's website it wouldn't come back on until 3 days later we moved out and went to another hotel.

There wasn’t a generator to provide power during the power outage. The windows leaked during the storm causing the rain from the window to leak onto the floor.

The breakfast was a apple juice, breakfast bar and an apple in a paper bag, that's it. On a good note, the wifi was fast.

When I booked this hotel breakfast was included but next morning when I came down for my breakfast I was shocked to see that front desk giving everyone a small plastic bag with one apple and one gondola bar in the name of breakfast. I was travelling with family of five peoples and now we had to find a breakfast place outside the hotel and had to pay from my own pocket for breakfast.

Front desk was great with check-in and out. Felt like a mini apartment, no carpet was definitely a bonus. No complaints.

The telephone was not working throughout the week. I complained each day and they promised for the next day.....it was all a complete lie! There was no breakfast except for coffee on most mornings, not all mornings. Room was clean. Staff were respectful but lied to me at the front desk. I would return simply because of the location and the price.

Very dirty, don’t recommend it

It was horrible, there was mold on the floor and walls and smells, also the people who stay there smoke and the smell of the weed comes through the vent when the the hotel says no smoking. There was loud bangs and running at midnight also ppl sit at the exit door and smoke… just a disgusting experience!!

The staff was great and it was a decent room but the attention to detail was lacking. Marks on the walls, bathroom door paint peeling, bathroom light flickering, dirty grout, the tub needed a reglaze, to name a few issues but it wasn’t the worst I’ve seen and definitely not the best.

Nothing Infested with ants and roaches

Never again I will not stay there again

The other customers allow their children to run up and down the halls all hours of the day and night. That isn't the hotels fault but it is an inconvenience.

Nice staying here, kitchen came in handy
