Didn’t like anything about this place
-
I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, some amenities were low or missing but it wasn't anything to be upset about. What i didnt like was the check in process was horrible. The front desk receptionist obviously didnt know what she was doing, therefore the line was out of the door. I was literally in line for an hour. They should've had someone helping her. Then later I came back to ask for something and the lady at the desk was so unwelcoming. So I wont be coming back for that reason. Hospitality staff need to realize that they have the power to make or break whether or not a customer returns.

Trashy hotel

There were kids running up and down the hallway playing on the elevators at all hours. The elevator was out for a day and a half. The ice machine was down for 3 days. I was a bit upset that it took hours to get fresh towels a few times they never came at all, even though I offered to bring down my own towels and get fresh ones. If you want housekeeping to clean your room you have to pay $10 each time. You have to take your own trash out to the bins they don't come and collect the trash either. On the plus side it is centrally located near a lot of great shopping and restaurants but the facility itself? Yeah, I'll pass!

Safe and clean. We stayed for about six weeks. I’d say the only issue is we put in a maintenance request twice and was never helped. Ac wasn’t working properly and the fridge was going out. Made loud humming noises and leaked water.

Upon arriving, they could not accommodate me for the room I reserved. Me and my family of 5 had to stay in a king dump for a whole week. After being told they would call and let us know if the two queen bed would come available, that didn’t. The hotel never had towels available for us, so we had to go to meijer to purchase our own towels. There was a door located outside of our room that stayed unlocked at all times. They never came to clean the room ONE time. On the last day I spotted a bed bug on the wall outside of our room. Saying all of this to say, if I were you, I WOULD NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. I’d rather sleep in my car.

It was loud, the bathroom was dirty upon arrival and I found a few bugs

Breakfast included is a joke( they will give you a snack bag).No daily cleaning and we stayed there 5 days. We booked assuming it functions a hote, but really its functions as weekly rental.

Hard to find staff that speak English. They provide one tiny trashcan for a room w a kitchenette. The kitchen drawers are for show they don’t open. No counter space. Clean, no bugs, comfortable beds. Good for the price

Trash all in laundry room everywhere. People arguing. Rooms half cleaned
-
Also clean . People there were happy and talkative. The reception crew very nice . Coffe ! Delicioso. I was ok with everything. I felt secure and protected and that is worthy.

For my entire 7 day stay I was awakened between 2am - 530am with someone screaming in the hallway or banging on someone's door Dog excrement on the sidewalk Children running up and down the hallways Unsavory people standing around outside smoking weed I didn't experience the roaches like someone else pointed out so that was a good improvement but this hotel needs security at night because it is totally out of control Ladies who appear to be prostitutes plying their trade in skimpy clothing Hand to hand deals going on in plain sight Too much illicit behavior What broke the camels back is Detroit Police Department Crime scene detectives showing up to take pictures of something that happened This seems to be a transitional house for residents from the city of Detroit not a hotel for guest looking for a quiet experience You have been warned because I didn't take the Google reviews seriously enough Please if you don't believe me read the Google reviews You have been warned

There are washers and dryers on second floor. Washers $3 load, small top load, washers are filthy, smell like mildew and take extra quarters, staff dont help. Dryers are same $3 some take extra quarters, dryers do work. Dont ask for Quarters or any Change from Desk They Will Not Give you Quarters or Change.

All the amenities are great. The guest area is super small. You must put 100 deposit down. You need to now that. Staff not friendly.

Clean room, staff helpful, kind polite, love laundry room on site :)

The room was not cleaned when I informed the desk staff made several excuses, still took an additional 4 1/2 hours almost 5 hours to get a clean pillow. I requested clean Lennon didn’t get back till the next day struggled for the right size sheets environment was extremely noisy.
