Some aspects of my room were not cleaned, for example, the previous person had left items in the bathroom that were never removed before they gave me the room. The Front Desk was unfamiliar with IHG rewards when I check in. Otherwise It did the trick for the price.

I have never seen thinner toilet paper or papertowel and the bodywash dispenser was broke. 2 micro size, enough for 1 person, was substituted. The 1 time I forget mine the hotel had none in the room. It was 1am so I didn't ask front desk for more. The thermostat in the common area was wonky and we had a hard time keep that space cool. The bedroom had its own A/C and got quite cold. Finally there are prostitutes that hang out in a car on one side of the parking lot. They stayed by their car and weren't loud but drew attention. More concerned they might be attacked or harassed and get customers caught in the crossfire.

Nevertheless, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The check-in process wasn't that bad. Also, I wish that hotels would start including incidentals in their rate. I had to pay $100. It is refundable within 10 days, but it would be considerate to let guests know in advance during the booking process.

This hotel was clean well maintained and service was quick. The complaint I have is with a receptionist at the time of checkout her attitude was extremely rude over a cash deposit that was made I decided to check out at 6:00 a.m. to go to work instead of the regular checkout time at 11:00 and instead of the receptionist returning my cash deposit. She stated my deposit could not be returned until after 9:00 a.m. because someone had to check the room so I politely asked her can she check the room because I really need to go and she stated no you will have to wait this is a private property and I don't make the rules however there is no rules stating that if you made a cash deposit that you will have to wait a certain time to retrieve it

This is my go to hotel. Very economical, free breakfast which is pretty good, available parking, swimming and the staff is pretty friendly.

My room was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The walls are thin so just a bit of noise there is my only complaint. Otherwise a fantastic stay from a value brand

The hallways smelled. The walls were thin so you could hear everything. The bed made noises every time you sat or moved on it. The sheets had a stain.
