The property was clean, staff was friendly and liked the kitchenette in the room. The maintenance of the property could use some attention, pieces of the caulking in the bathroom shower kept falling out, also coffee machine was dirty so we did not use.

No breakfast Nothing could not get my money back $ 114 back because your system was acting up. It wouldn’t take my card so I went to the hotel and checked in at 4 o’clock with other money did not know that it went through at 11 o’clock that night so I’m out of $114 that I need.

Night shift front desk person has a bad attitude. I try to avoid interacting with her.

Bees- got stung, staff not professional, urine in hallways, door was ajared like bern broken down, did not feel safe.

The room was very comfortable, but I did find a dead bee on the floor and the regular coffee that was in the room had signs of moisture inside the sealed pouch when I opened it. The female desk person replaced and apologized for it, so it was fine. I love the outdoor patio and the work out area as well.

The access card for the room I originally reserved was not working. The front desk staff quickly resolved the issue, provided a nearby room n I was pleased w/her prompt resolution.

The stay was AOK. Had no problems, ice and quiet and close to a few resturants.

The room was clean and the appliances were working and the staff was very helpful with any questions I had regarding the WI-FI,after checking out I noticed that I had forgotten my medication they held it for me and it was returned.
