Room was clean but not as clean as it should have been room was dusty and one of the beds blanket had dust on it.

Bathroom floor was dirty had hair and sirt

Inside and outside was clean and well kept. Staff was courteous. I would go back to this hotel.

Pretty much everything! I felt like it was a little noisey but im a light sleeper, and theres really not much they can do!

The room appeared to have been cleaned poorly before our arrival. There was dog food left on the floor from previous guests, the floors were visibly dirty, cigarette ashes were left behind on the room chair, and the bathroom contained an excessive amount of hair. Overall, the room did not feel clean or properly prepared for new guests. I brought these concerns to the manager's attention. He informed me that the head housekeeping specialist had cleaned the room before our arrival. I requested that the room be cleaned again. While someone did return to address the issues, the floors looked cleaner and the room smelled of cleaning products, the bathroom hair was still left behind, the mirrors were not cleaned, and the bed was not remade. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness and service did not meet my expectations, and the issues were not fully resolved even after they were brought to management's attention.

Clean and convenient! My debit card was compromised by their system. It was a huge inconvenience, but the rep was accommodating.

Dogs barked all night long and people knocked on doors all night long.

Love this hotel it’s one of my favorites

With stains and the corners of the hotel room were dirty. When I tried to call down for a change of sheets and blankets my hotel phone didn’t work. When I went down to get a change the hotel front desk guy told me to go back upstairs, take off and bring the dirty sheets and blankets down myself and he brought me different ones that were also dirty.

Staff and manager super helpful and very nice. Free Laundry was a plus. The only bad thing was that the room was not super clean ( hair everywhere, no clean floors and other smalls things), after the housekeeping never came after told her, I went to the staffs and ask for a broom and cleaned myself. Everything else was good.

you do not expect to find these insects in hotels

I rented a roll in shower due to bilateral aka, “ no legs” and for two night could not take shower because it was not accessible to a wheelchair and staff said they did not have a chair to sit in shower so I may use!

Everything was well we can use more tiles. Staff was excellent no points. You can serve breakfast.

Manager and are just fabulous. Wish I could have stayed longer. I love the little market they have in the hotel. Housekeeping is on top, the best. Not the hotel fault, the guest.

Clean appearance Good location On this particular stay, I had what appeared to be a possible bedbug bite on my right arm and neck. ( room 145) my partner did not have a complaint so it is questionable. I stayed there the weekend before (different room) with no issues.
