Clean environment and room, good breakfast , friendly staff

I didn't like the smelly depressing looking rooms. I had to switch rooms because I had to hold my breath the smell was so bad in the first one. I was greeted by a large black spider in the room I was switched to. The decor is dark and depressing, and the rooms weren't very clean.

It was fine. Staff was courteous. Reasonably clean. Beds however are beat down. One sloped hard to one side and the other was so worn in the center it was like being sucked down into a sinkhole.

Location. General cleanliness. The staff informed me that there were no towels 3 times in our 3 night stay. We ultimately only had the towels that were in the room to start which wasn't enough for all the guests until the last day where we were finally provided another set of towels. Additionally, the hot tub was supposedly working but only one jet barely worked. There were also kids unattended in the pool area.

Staff was friendly and helpful checking in was quick and easy breakfast was good and tasty location was very easy to get to it was right off the highway , which made it very easy to get to family members location room was nice and clean will definitely stay here again .
