    My room and everything was OK till we went to breakfast and the lady grabbed the food off my mother’s plate. She’s 85 years old and she took her food cause she said we had to pay for it. We thought it was included room price that’s what I was told very unprofessional. I tried to get a hold of the manager, but nobody has called me yet so disappointed somebody would do that to a old lady.

    Parking was easy and not difficult to find a spot. First room was not fresh had a urine smell so we changed rooms. Second room was a bit better just rather dated for a Hilton brand. Tub caulking had mold around tub, toilet tissue holder was falling off. When we asked for stirrer for coffee the lady at the front desk rudely brushed my husband off and turned her back to him. Very poor customer service we won't be back to this particular location. Sad because Hilton has been synonymous for five star customer service treatment and cleanliness.

    The bed 🛌 was terrible it hurt my back so bad 👎 and the staff would not give me another room nor would they let me have a late checkout,I stayed 6 nights and I wouldn't be staying there anymore

    Staff was pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms weren't as clean as they could be. The corners in bathroom, main room and under bedside tables were noticeably not touched in awhile. There was a red candy ball under side table and crusty dirt in the other corners. Didn't have a fresh smell or feel, but overall my stay was well.

    The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes every stay even better. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and I really enjoy the swimming pool—it’s a great way to relax after a long drive. Breakfast is always a nice bonus, and parking is convenient and easy. Overall, this hotel has become my go-to spot, and I highly recommend it.
