The hotel was filthy, The bath tub was dirty, the color was dirty brown and there was mold in the grout. There trash and dirt behind the nightstand. There was also roaches. I have never stayed in a hotel as dirty as Quality hotel. And the elevator was broken

Out of five stars, I'd say this is a two-star motel. But then, the price reflected the rating. I didn't want to pay a lot. The main elevator was broken so guests had to use the freight elevator. One of the beds in the room had a broken corner, the doors on the closet were broken, and the latch on the bathroom door was broken. The bathroom was fine, but the tub shower drained very slowly. The air conditioner did work and was adjustable. There weren't any USB ports in the room. I didn't eat at the free breakfast, so I can't comment.

This property should be condemned. It was filthy, disgusting, smelled terrible, and did not feel safe. We stayed for 2 minutes. Absolutely gross! Nothing like the pictures. We need a refund.

Room was dirty , and the room should have been remodeled about 20 years ago . Elevator s all but one where broke , bathtub had caulking smeared around the edges, etc .. The outside wasn’t maintained any better . It’s like a pig with lipstick. Quality inn should be ashamed to put their name on this hotel.

The location was fair for the price. When we arrived I noticed the parking lot had several holes. When we walked in I noticed the floors were dirty in the lobby. I had to change my room because it was on the main level. While on the elevator I had to hold the button to my floor before the elevator would move. My hotel room was not very clean (dust everywhere). The sitting chair was dirty and the chair to the desk was broken. There were permanent stains on the bedding, in which I had to spray my bed with disinfectant. I would like a refund.

The bed was definitely not made to hospitality standard. Insufficient lighting in the room and bathroom. Would not go back at this location and not sure if we would consider this chain of hotels in the future.
