Management was unavailable during the checkout process. My Mother’s jewelry had been stolen out of her room, and we wanted to check out early. We waited for three hours for a manager to approve our early checkout, but we were never assisted in recovering the jewelry. We had to call the police ourselves to get someone to cooperate with our complaint. The were no managers on duty that morning. I do not suggest this hotel…

The peephole was missing from the door so there was a hole inside the door. The shower was not clean. The overall room/property isn’t maintained well. Very dingy/old unsanitary conditions.

Building is very old and needs much needed updates. Went down to the 3rd floor for ice and the machine didn’t work and was very nasty. Only one elevator was working and there were so many people trying to use it.

Threw a huge event and stayed the night ! Professionals all the way through. The extended check out was awesome too. Lord knows I needed a few extra hours !

Our three night stay was decent. The room was small, The bathroom was even smaller, The furniture was old and damaged and patched up. The outside of the building, the grounds could have been cleaned better. There was no pool but that was my fault because I didnt double check. Breakfast was $10 per person but was not worth it. It was a simple continital breakfast. The cleaning staff did a great job keep the room clean and we did tip them. It was not what my husband and are used to in a hotel stay so we will not stay again. I gave it a three star because the cleaning staff was great, the coffee was free and great all day and they had my favorite lemon water.

It’s centrally located and has ample parking There wasn’t a microwave in my room.

Hotel was quiet, loved that there was a restaurant connected with really good food. Downside is I had to go several floors to get ice as they one in my floor didn't work.
