The front desk staff were exceptional! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The parking lot could use more/brighter lighting. The back entrance has a rather large shrub right next to it that partially conceals the keycard reader. I don't know the area well enough to know how safe it is (it seemed nice, but...) and having a well-lit parking lot and clear view of the door would have made me more comfortable. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water, breakfast was decent, but the employees were wonderful!

Quiet with minimal road noise despite proximity to Interstate, very helpful staff, great breakfast

I like that the staff was very friendly and attentive I did not like the beds. They were awful. It was like sleeping on boards. The only difference between sleeping on the floor and the bed is that the bed is in the air. I stayed there for two days and got no sleep. Also the fact that it’s really on 75 so you hear traffic all night long.

I came up from Columbus, Ohio and the 2nd shift worker Tierra was really nice and friendly. Great customer service skills.

Beautifully spacious rooms! So clean and well located. Had the best time and will stay again. Hands down the best part was getting to meet Ms. Gerri at the front desk. She welcomed us in after a long day of travel and took such excellent care of us. The kindest and most hospitable hotel experience we've had- thank you Ms. Gerri!

Hallways were hot. Nobody at front seat much of the time. Breakfast wasn’t refilled and was empty 3 different times.
