La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Detroit Southgate

It was an OK property, depending on prices of nearby hotel I might stay again.

Room was clean, check in was easy and so was check out

Nice clean room, very nice staff, good breakfast buffet, alot of parking. I stay at La Quinta quite often, due to my kids live in lower Michigan. La Quinta is a nice hotel.

The staff was great! The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was a continental meal. Waffles were good though, but just no meat and eggs. Overall our stay was comfortable for a weekend family reunion stay.

The Staff was great and very friendly. They resolved my issues immediately and they were very knowledgeable. And the breakfast was good.

When I got there my room smells like a dog but they took care of it and gave me a better room we enjoyed it peaceful

Breakfast was lacking. Only hot items were waffles. I was working; I didn’t have time to make waffles plus they are super unhealthy. Was hoping for scrambled eggs, toast (no bread, only bagels). Shower wasn’t as hot as I like. Pillows were fluffy. Old mattress. Still overall good value.

Short overnight stay for a guys trip. The hotel is on the older side but it still is comfortable and clean. We all got a good night sleep so it fit everything we needed.

This hotel was way better than any other hotel that I’ve paid this rate for. The room was very standard and clean and it had enough space. Water was hot and consistent. Not a lot to do within but there is breakfast and surrounding stores. There was a little bit of drama, but the staff handled it professionally and quietly! Overall, I would recommend.

the room was smelly, the Staff were Great, but she was on phone all the time. I guess, it is OK with the money paid, So, no worries. at the same time, dont take me wrong, it is not bad place for one night. I would go again, if I have to, since I had to stay one day for my travel. dont expect full clean, but it was average.

what i dont like microwave given sound when start, bathroom have dust smell, we stayed two night no room service and also wash basin water not drain frequently. I was thinking LA Quinta are same like New York but my thinking was wrong.
