The property was fine. Expedia suggested we add the $7.99 reservation protection plan so we did and we're charged $15 for that. I would never book with them again!

Everything met expectations. I have been to this hotel chain in Southern California. It would be nice if they had a waffle machine and some breakfast meat. I know that raises the cost. But they really have to do something about the pillows. way too soft. Overall a nice stay. Thank You. see above. Pillows way to soft.

However, there are a couple of downsides. Noise travels very easily through the walls, so you can hear quite a bit of activity from neighboring rooms and hallways. Additionally, there is no microwave in the room, which makes it tough if you want to heat up leftovers or quick meals.If you are a heavy sleeper and don't need to heat up food, it's a great spot. But if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs.
