Best Western Plus Sparks-Reno Hotel

Overall, a pleasant stay. It was off putting to see so many signs for tipping. Breakfast is good if you wake up and eat early. After 7:00 am, the eggs are cold. Juice was always running out. Please invest in a Belgian waffle maker instead of premade ones. And a juice dispenser. Room had a slight off smell but it was tidy and clean. Gambi’s provides a delicious dinner with great options. Enjoyed fettuccine Alfredo, Kahlua chocolate cake, bread, and stuffed mushrooms.

Everything beat our expectations!

My only complaint is that the hallway on the 5th floor smelled. Our room also smelled stale but not as bad.

The staff at checking were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked great!

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. However, the bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly, which was inconvenient. Also, the breakfast had very limited variety and could be improved with more options. Aside from those issues, the hotel was quiet and well maintained. I would consider staying here again if those areas were addressed.

Great property, friendly staff. My only complaint is the pool rules. You're not able to have any food/drinks, which is ridiculous. Families enjoying the pool, then need to leave back inside to eat or drink. Come on now!

The hotel staff was amazing!

BW has just been a level above...this one was no different...same desk staff when I went down to breakfast that I checked in with and they recognized me...pretty cool! Complimentary breakfast was great, room was very classy and very comfortable...slept incredible.

Check in service was awesome. Room was newly renovated. Enjoyed Gambi's Restaurant as well.

Also the waiters at their restaurant/bar were awesome!

In our room the microwave, refrig and coffee maker did not work. We only realized this upon trying g to use them in the morning. The refrig was cold when we checked in but by the morning the items, $15, had to be thrown out.i told the front desk who said sorry, I will let maintenance know.
