There were several dirty towels in the shower room when we got into the room. Not sure if the room was definitely cleaned.

I wish I would have remembered the name of the person who checked us in - she was super friendly and inviting to my two teenagers, pup and me. It was very much appreciated after our long drive.

Upon arrival the staff was friendly. Tje check in was easy and quick. Innthe room the sofa bed mattress was awful. It was very old and dirty. The mattress cover had hair and crumbs. The mattress sunk deep into the bars of the frame . We had to put the mattress on the ground and ask for extra padding and even still it was horrible. You could feel every sing spring in your back. When I called down to let the staff know they were not helpful.

Our room was clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was really enjoyable, although it's hard to find someone on staff during breakfast. Parking was really difficult because of big events that were being held at the hotel.

Everything was amazing! But the elevators were so small and only had two. Which would force you to squeeze in with a bunch of people.

Clean room and amenities. Helpful and nice staff. Good breakfast and restaurant next to it! I’d definitely stay at the same place again. They also have a big and well kept pet relief area.
