The staff was phenomenal. The rooms were OK but nothing special. We had a good time.

Everything was so clean and well maintained from the lobby to the room. We only stayed here 5 hours while waiting on our flight but I would definitely stay here again. Pleasantly surprised. The only complaint would be long wait to check in and out at front desk. And this was at normal hours around 3pm. There was a line of 12 people and only one employee checking people in. Not sure what the other 3 employees were doing in different areas of the desk.

Nice big size and cleanness quiet room
-
Cheap place to stay, but lacking some basic amenities like a microwave. It’s nice there’s a Starbucks in the hotel, but it’s very expensive. Overall not too bad.

Okay little noisy at night

When I reviewed my checkout bill I noticed a charge of $4.95 titled merchant. When I called the front desk they told me I was charged for using my credit card for check-in. It's a hotel policy to use your credit card for deposit. So why was I charged? They could not answer my question. They just said it was. I have stayed at several reno hotels and was never asked to pay such a charge as this. I felt like I was being ripped off... Left a bad taste in my mouth

The best hotel shower ever!!! we were on the 24th floor and had great water pressure. we stayed on a Tuesday night and had great price for the amazing room. I really like the no smoking in the Hotel lobby.

Was a good spot to spend the night on our road trip. But the parking garage was pretty sketchy, having security would be great.

Very nice 👍

2nd time staying at this hotel never had any issues Staff has been friendly and accommodating rooms have been clean.

The room was surprisingly quiet and the bed very comfortable. This was the July 4th weekend, so it was very crowded yet everyone working was friendly, not stressed and very helpful. They let us check in 3 hours early and didn't charge us the usual fee which was much appreciated.

It was nice

We didn’t eat at the restaurant. The bar was good. Especially Michael!!
-
Wonderful place to stay, I had my 2 sons with me they both enjoyed the pool and the arcade I actually did too. We ate at the Oyster Bar the service was excellent and the food absolutely delicious. The room was clean there were plenty of pillows which is always a plus for me the beds were very comfortable no complaints. I highly recommend staying here whether with family or just by yourself. Happy safe travels...

On the flip side, the Casino Towers are noticeably dated and could really use a remodel. Based on what we saw from checking in and out of the CASINO TOWER due to the air conditioning and entryway lighting not working. The rooms there don’t compare in terms of updates or overall comfort. I hope this helps!

Went for 4th of July for the kids. Guess I wasn’t good enough for the VIP tickets. Staff wasn’t helpful. No one gave me the right answer. Just going in circles and circles. First 4th of July in Reno and such a horrible experience from Nugget. Do not recommend.
-
The only problem was the crowds for the 4th of July and some new wait staff at the restaurants. But overall I was satisfied.
-
Best fireworks display ever!
-
The room had a cockroach!! In the resort towers this is gross and the 2nd time it’s happened
-
Friendly service, delicious food and even though it was 4th of July weekend check in was was pretty fast and easy.
