Our room was very dirty , the bathroom was disgusting and filled with dirt in the bathtub , my kid and I couldn’t even shower

THE HOTEL MANAGER ON DUTY AT THE TIME WAS VERY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE TO ANY ONE APPROACHING HIM FOR A SIMPLE QUISTION. UNACCEPTABLE

For the price the property is not well maintained. The water went out early morning and the rooms are visibly unclean. You are able to check in earlier using the kiosk. Some rooms have a hard time cooling.

Sewer smell in main lobby by gift shop. Rooms marginally clean. Garbage sat 2 overnight by elevators. Long wait for Valet pickup. Pillows were stained and worn out . Beds sloped in the middle.

Always have love this place highly recommended to anyone whether you’re there for business or pleasure.

Our room smelled like pot when we walked in. Had housekeeping come and spray twice and it didn’t help
