Nugget Casino Resort

The experience was pretty rough for how expensive it was. Down the street at the Peppermill was a far better experience for far less.

Smoke free rooms smells like cigarettes.

El personal amable limpieza en pasillos bien pero en la habitación las Tinas estaban sucias Los toilets con sarro en la limpieza del baño no quede muy satisfecho pero de ahí todo bien 👍

Super clean and spacious rooms. Great stay. Also the staff were friendly as well. Only problem was our ice machine was out of order on our floor. Other than that see you next year!!!

Very outdated hotel

Whole place smelled like an ash tray.

Stay was good food was great and a fairly decent arcade for the kids

Clean room

The only complaints I really have is the fridge is as small as it could possibly be and there’s no microwave in the rooms.

Love the Nugget! My stay when im in Reno visiting my daughter attending UNR! Best pool, gym and comfortable rooms.

Staff were accommodating

Clean rooms

Amazing people!!

The room was dirty. The tv was unplugged and I had to unplug a lamp to plug it in since the plug was behind the tv stand. There was garbage behind it. The coffee pot didn’t work and made a huge mess that I had to clean up. When I complained, no one offered any compensation. Also, I ordered food from a restaurant on the property to be delivered to my room. I was charged a gratuity when we ate it in our room. Also charged a delivery fee and a tip. That was unacceptable.

Other than above, my stay was excellent.

The staff was very accommodating and understood our concerns

I had no working telephone in my room and I was unable to turn the heat on it night and I was in a room that has panoramic windows and it got quite cold at night.

We were thankful our golf clubs and other valuables in the bed of the truck weren’t stolen. This will be the last time we ever stay at the Nugget to me this is totally unacceptable. The Nugget didn’t really feel the need to compensate us or even offer it to us. We had to notify security in the morning to find out what happened and if they caught the guy as they repeated over and over the had a ton of cameras all over, a lot of good that did!!! Never again! I will not suggest to anyone to stay there it’s not the Nugget it use to be very very disappointed!!

Even a room on the fourth floor of the casino tower was smoky and everywhere you walked outside of the casino in that tower was filled with smoke, including the children’s arcade. Also found a roach by the mirror in the bathroom.

Nice
