Wasn’t told if there was breakfast so I don’t understand the prompt but the room was fine Bathtub would not fill room 103

We reserved our room and got there and we had too many dogs. My husband was very sick and needed a room right away. I understand about the dogs so we went somewhere else. However they charged me anyway. The staff was so rude and refused to listen. I was nervous to stay there anyway. Staff looked high and lazy. Place is a dump.

Well for one you check in at 4:00 in the morning they make you leave by 11:00 and you cannot come back to your own room until 3:00 to their prices was different from when you walked in after you booked it on Expedia they want to charge more there was tweakers all over people outside of 4:00 in the morning listening to music it was just all around a bad idea I'll never go there again

Great staff . Always very friendly and helpful. Motel 6 on Victorian ave has the best customer service around

Everything Nothing

Trash and cigarette butts all over property. Looked like very poor maintenance. The room had a lot of poorly fixed holes in the doors and walls, paint chipping. Dog poop area did not have any poop bags. Not a pleasant place to stay. Clearly in a bad neighborhood with a lot of damage done to property.

A little pricey but definitely OK for an overnight stay. Staff was accommodating gave us bottom floor no Questions ask. Also no trouble getting in and out of the facility. Microwave, refrigerator and ice cold AC. Beds comfy no critters.

The room was clean and comfortable. Could not connect to the WiFi and TV (Dish) was a nightmare to operate as no TV channel listing in the room. Definitely not worth the price paid for the room.

Nothing really the parking! Fleas in the room and the pool was taken out 3 years prior and site wasn’t updated. And the nice size cockroach on the way out when we came out of the office. I went down to report the fleas into the room and the gentleman said well we don’t allow dogs. No dogs are allowed to stay here next morning. I see 12 dogs leaving the freaking property to go to the bathroom and it’s also very convenient.,, How even though there’s not supposed to be dogs, he has a flea ozone machine in his office that he put in the room to get rid of the fleas for 15 minutes, which didn’t work. So on top of it all the place sucked.

Steps to our room were broken off, very dangerous, Beds were comfortable, burnt floors in bathroom, just bring shower shoes while traveling. They wouldn't let us check out 1 hr later, and the hotel was not sold out. that was disappointing.

Staff was helpful. No kleenex in room.

All was fairly good, things could use some updating such as floors and mattresses.

What a Dump. Horrible! The only reason we stayed is that it is almost impossible to get a refund from Expedia.

Horrible place. The rooms are dirty and the staff, especially the managers are not honest people. Beware!
