The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave! Allowing a late check out was so appreciated along with the room upgrade. The elevator system was wacky for the Vista tower..

Comfortable, the pool was fantastic. And kind staff. I believe the had complimentary coffee service. Yet, I think I was charged.

The hot tubs were nice and our room was clean. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything in the hallways. Sleeping in is impossible. A LOT of the slot machines had broken buttons as well. Hotel check in can be very slow, but they really dont explain the amenities to you much. You are expected to scan QR codes, not my favorite. Overall it's a good stay, but waaayyyy overpriced for what you get. The in room coffee is horrendous.

1282...handheld shower is b-r-o-k-e-n...& phone did not work!! Housekeeping is AMAZING!! Restaurants are beyond good!
