Great place, but do not eat at the Mexican place it was absolutely horrible like on purpose bad how do you mess up even the rice and beans it's beyond me. 1 star for food that was 100 aside from that 5 it was nice aside from the terrible food.

The shower had black mold in it. Disgusting.

A 45 minute wait to check in is ridiculous. Also a large area around the casino is torn up with construction making parking a challenge. Traveling back through the area in a couple of weeks and won’t stay here again.

Yazmin was really nice she gave us a pool view room cz my kids wanted it. We come here quite often it never disappoints us at all

As soon as you step in the smell of cigarette smoke is overwhelming, but maybe that is expected at a casino resort, this was my first time staying in one. My family and I were there for the Forth of July. They allow the public to enter the pool for a fee, so the pool was so packed for the fireworks we could barely move. There were unattended children everywhere. At one point a child was being bullied in the hot tub and then was PUNCHED twice by another child while adults stood around and recorded. I had to alert security because somehow they didn't notice the large crowd that had gathered. That was our second day in the pool. The first day another child picked a fight with my child and the mother approached me in my private cabana and verbally attacked me. This place was a mess with terrible clientele. The pool is not big enough to allow all guests PLUS the public, but this place seems to be all about making as much money as possible. They had several entertainment options, but all cost extra. Will likely not return or recommend.

Excellent facilities and amenities

The Grand Sierra is a great place to stay! There’s something for everyone to enjoy, no matter their age. My 5-year-old daughter is so upset that we have to leave because she had such an amazing time. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Plenty for the family to do. Unfortunately the Staff was rude and unhelpful. Felt very racist (I hate to say)

Alberca es hermosa

Loved the Casino, i will come back with family and enjoy the amenities like the bowling alley and driving range and pool next time. The remote needs some fresh batteries, and the shower needed me to call a person from maintenance to unstick the faucet, but overall i had a lovely time.
