Days Inn by Wyndham Reno

Nobody at the front desk. Had to check in via a kiosk, with someone on video. I prefer face-to-face. The room wasn't ready by check in time 3:00. Custodian had to rush through our room because we were waiting in the car. I think they are understaffed. We asked for more coffee because we were only given 2 servings and they didn't get around to bringing it to the room. My husband went to the office and there was coffee there, but they didn't mention it to me when I called them.

We got in late to check in. There wasn't anyone around or working the front desk. There was a kiosk to check in with but it wouldn't work. After calling a couple of different numbers I finally got in touch with someone that was able to get me checked in through the kiosk. The towels in the room were dirty.

Started off with no human at the desk. Weird video kiosks should be banned. They don’t clean behind the door in the bathroom. They open the door and sort of clean there. Left my Apple Watch in the room. I could see in my app that the maid took it to here house near the hotel. Gave the address to the hotel and they can’t be bothered. Called 20+ times and no answer! I sent my brother over there since I live 150 miles away. They don’t care. Then, I responded to their text where they asked how was the room. I responded with all of this info and I sent the screen shot of where the watch is. They said they would check with the maid. It’s been 5 days and no response. I guess I have to call the police! Don’t stay here they are obviously shady and immoral.

The bed was comfortable. No live person to handle check in. Check in was done on a screen trying to understand the worker on the other end. Did not like discssing personal informtion questions with others present trying to check in. The entrance and breakfast room were in horible condition. Figured a Windham property to be a good choice. Not impressed in the slightest. The bathroom wall had something yucky stuck on the walls. The whole experience was not acceptable and would not choose a Wyndam property again.

There was no one at the desk. There was a virtual kiosk that was being used due to a manager emergency. Hard to hear person on other end but got it done. Entered room to find a razor on the bed. Safely threw it out and checked the bed and room for any other items that shouldn’t be there. Hotel was very busy due to a motorcycle event up the street but the room was secure. AC worked fine and shower was acceptable. Was told manager would be there in the morning for checkout, but there was no manager the next morning. Used the kiosk agent again to ensure my checkout was logged appropriately. I will not be staying here again.

We stayed for one night only and this was our first time. We will stay here again for sure. The guy who checked us in was friendly and quick and seemed happy to be at work! Our tv didn't work and he came up as soon as he could and he fixed it in about 3 seconds and that was the one and only issue we had while on property. Room was basic, which is fine for what we were in town for, and it was clean and smelled really good.

Exhaust fan bathroom should be white but covered in grey/black/ dirt Snot on bed backboard Tv program horrible. Channels kept changing, channel guide did not pick channel chose. The walkway, concrete steps, all needs paint No room service the entire 3 days. Trash never emptied, I left 3 bags of trash in BR.

No one on property, you check in with an zoom meeting style kiosk, they print your door card. Ridiculous. Of course card works once and I get locked out of my room, 4 cards and 3.5 hours later someone was finally able to come let me into my room to gather my things. Not a single person working there on site. Not a single one. Never again.

The second time I have stayed at the property. TV has been broken both times. No physical person at the property. Will not stay again.

Will never stay at a Days Inn. Someone was living in the room. Extremely dirty and unkeep!!! No person on duty. A video camera that a person talked through. A bad part of town.

Lobby was nice , but the check in process was frustrating. Combination of my poor hearing and the check in video machine did not work. It sounded like she was in a bucket and she and I struggled through the process. Man behind the desk left and no one could help me. Bummer.

I did not see one staff member there during my whole stay. There was homeless people sleeping in our hallway the whole time. Room service never visited our room. The hotel grounds were fifthy.

It was decent and not too loud. Room was clean and nice. Not having someone on the property or staff when something is needed late.

The room was fine, smelled like smoke and there were some rogue Cheetos on the ground from a previous guest so certainly not thoroughly cleaned but aside from that it was ok.

I checked in with a guy in the TV/ machine, reminded me of Covid time.

They advertise breakfast, we arrived late at night and thru a kiosk (not even a real person in the front desk) told us the information was incorrect. And the vending machine was out of order. We asked for clean towels around 11am and we had to call again. Towels arrived like 8pm. Not a good experience

Not recommend anyone to stay at this Days Inn! Filthy dirty. Dog paw prints on sheets, inside bathroom door damaged from dog clawing at door and wall. Bathroom, toilet paper holder hanging off the wall broken. Broken coffee machine in room with used coffee pod left in machine from past room occupant. Dirty bathroom air vent with scum buildup on the vent. Disgusting place. Don’t book a room here.
