Days Inn by Wyndham Reno

Lot of construction, dirty, kiosk checkin, gave my room to wrong person, air conditioner made squealing sound . Won’t stay here again!

There was no staff in the lobby for check in. Had a kiosk with a person on video, might have been AI, but definitely remote. The lobby floor was dirty. The room was worse. Black mold in the tile grout in the shower, towels were stained, no hangers in the closet, the paint was peeling off the door to the room, door had a quarter inch gap around 3 sides, the safety latch for the door was missing a part so couldn't be used, the water reservoir of the coffee maker was missing it's top and the coffee packets were stuffed in the reservoir, and no decaf coffee. The only positive thing I can say about this property was it's very convenient location. I will never stay here again. Days Inn, may want to yank it's name from it.

Filthy property, filthy room, broken shower heads, filthy stained tub, chipped paint throughout room, filthy floor, no bathtowls in room, no staff on site to deal with any of this. I am demanding a full refund from Days Inn.

It's going to be a nice enough place when they get it fully renovated, and they become a hotel for travelers, not the locals. But in the condition it's in now, it makes me so grateful of how well I have it back in Idaho in my single white 60 year old trailer home where I can afford a shower curtain.

DO NOT staff was rude place smelled like old cigarettes in the room no power in the rooms cockroaches in the lobby and rooms flea infested rooms just a horrible place to stay

Very sketchy area, lots of iffy people around. I was concerned about my car being broken into. The TV was broken and the bathroom looked like they just tried to grout and didn't finish the job. This was an emergency stop and had my dog on a very busy weekend in Reno. This place was one of 3 that took dogs and the most reasonable fee. Glad I was with my husband and big dog. Good price but wouldn't want to stay there alone.

I reserved a handicap ♿️ accessible room...NONE at check in approximately 4pm.He gave me a bottom floor OK... there's a homeless person LIVING in the breeze way, smells horrible walking to the room. It was a 14hr straight thru drive and we rested until 4am and at that time I realized the shower was not draining and was almost overflowed. I went to the front desk NOBODY....I called NO ANSWER...I waited in the lobby... talk to the virtual machine and that guy kept disconnecting me. Ppl were in the lobby looking for the breakfast which they're was NONE. I left to get to a family's house so we could shower before the wedding we drive to to attend. Expedia could not even get ahold of anyone at the property. As it stands I've got to wait 72 hours for a response. Also the property said I did NOT request an ADA which was on the itinerary. They lied to Expedia so I've got to wait and if they don't respond then I'll receive my refund in 3 days.

Toilet didn’t work. A maintenance man cheerfully fixed it. Our room didn’t have any towels . They wouldn’t deliver them so we had to go to the office to get them. They opened a brand new package (unwashed) and gave us 3. Won’t come back

Do not ever reserve this hotel if you have a late arrival. I tried to contact the hotel because my plane was delayed. It is impossible to contact the hotel directly. Additionally, when I asked for a refund because I could not check in (they were gone), they refused. Very bad customer service.

They do not offer breakfast. And they dis tell me breakfast was from 6-9 there was nothing there @ 8:30 am except coffee cream sugar and water. And it was clear to see that is simply all they offer. There was no physical person available in office to help at night. Because I talked through some computer machine. But there were issues also with key cards not working on room door. I went back and 4th to office 4 times b4 I had a working key card. It was very inconvenient going back and forth and not have a live person to help.. They do not have any charging ports for devices.

Room amenities sparse. Not enough towels. A desk chair and desk covered by coffee maker, ice bucket, and lamp. No room left to do work. No other furniture but the beds and the dresser. No room service.

Check in was virtual...no staff to assist. a woman bothering us asking for help with her heavy suitcase as we arrived...said no one to help her. Made us feel very uneasy. We were given a room in-between two rooms being redone. Dirty & stuff all over in front of the room...very unsightly!!

Not the best experience over all

Overall, clean room. No carpet which is something I always appreciate. No breakfast available and the nearest place was about 5 minutes away. Good location right of the highway. Staff not very helpful. There was a tray and a coffee maker, sugar, cream, cups but no coffee. Great for a short stay, good price, specially for business trips.

Unreliable AI kiosk setup at the check in desk. They also require an additional deposit.

Swimming pool is covered,no breakfast, the room doesn't have trash can,the door lock was broken, the light next to my bed was flashing, the holder for the toilet paper was broken.... I am trying to get a refund for the second night, and still don't get an answer.

Very poorly run facility with no amenities - no shuttle to airport nor breakfast service. Room didn't even have chair by desk.
