Days Inn by Wyndham Reno

It was so dirty and scary that we had to go elsewhere. How this property is a piece of .... for hospitality.

Stay should have been cheaper. Shouldn't be more than $60 a night. I think I paid $375 for 3 night. Way too much!! Other hotels were even more because it was the weekend. Which is ridiculous and not right. The only good thing was that I didn't have to wait for deposit refund because it was cash and was returned to me at checkout. Bathroom door wouldn't latch, door hooks falling off door, and only 2 towels for 3 nights for 2 adults and 2 kids. Felt like the office was cutting deals with patrons that stay there regularly.

This property is supposed to be under renovation. The room had problems with electricity, come on go off, come on and go back off. This went on for a while before it came on for the remainder of that evening (4th of July 2026) horrible; The room I was in #123 no television; sink had a problem backing up; the bed frames were too big for the mattress, therefore each time you get out of bed you hurt your leg on the frame; there are no telephones in the rooms; the late night staff was very rude, while placing my complaint he said “I don’t know what to tell you” and slammed down the phone.

The ac was AMAZING

Expedia site said they offer continental breakfast they didn't even have coffee said it had a pool it didn't. And the topper to this disaster was after checking in on day 1 there was a homeless man peeing on the front doors. When I told the front desk clerk he said we can't do anything about it and when I complained about not being told the room would not be serviced he said you booked through Expedia complain to them. AND after complaining to Expedia I did get a credit bur I told them this hotel should be removed from their site and I welcomed a phone call but nothing further has been done. My husband and I are retired cross country truck drivers we've seen some pretty rough places throughout the country this was by far the worst!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and they did not clean our room once I complained to the front desk and he told me we needed to request 1 upon so I did but even after that THEY DID NOT CLEAN OUR ROOM. I had to go back to the front desk and ask for towels. microwave did not work, bathroom door was broken. These inns used to be better. Will not stay here ever again.

There was dust and paint on the floors . Unfinished paint and paint peeling off the walls . There was exposed electrical junction boxes . Toilet did not work properly The fridge had left over rotten food. The TV did not work. And lamps were missing bulbs .

TV remote wasn’t working. The other room TV is broken and bathroom door can’t locked

We stayed in Room 109. Everything was clean, well stocked, and the staff were amazing. The only down fall was that in the photos it shows a breakfast bar. We're pulling a trailer and staying in places with breakfast helps us to get on and off the highway without the stress of navigating the trailer. There was no breakfast! Our trailer and truck did stay safe and that was a blessing also.

The room was clean, air conditioner worked great and spacious parking. The staff was friendly and helped with any issues

Staff was helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Every time we turned on the air conditioning, we could smell marijuana. All in all, it was an ok experience. The bed was comfortable.

No pool. Lots of constructions.
