Hyatt Place Reno Tahoe Airport

The A/C unit was extremely loud and never shut off. I tried to turn off the 'cool' but the fan ran all the time. Was annoying. Also, since this was booked through a 3rd party (Engine) the parking WAS NOT FREE as it would have been if we had booked direct. This added significantly to the over all cost. And booking 3rd party - I did not get the rewards points as if we'd booked direct.

Size of room. Good breakfast Hotel receptionist wasn’t very nice.

We used the Hyatt to stay over in Reno before an early flight. The hotel offers long-term "stay/park/fly" parking for guests at a rate better than airport parking.

Location. I rather drive to casinos then stay The carpet was kinda sticky.

Easy walk to the terminal, convenient offsite parking. Some damage notices to a wall and a mirror in room 600.

I was only here 12 hrs and the 2 things I cared about most were the bed and shower and they were the BEST I’ve ever experienced and I am a frequent traveler!! Nothing

The room was fine and the staff members did their best to be helpful. Hyatt Place Reno Airport has changed its procedure regarding stay-park-fly parking fees, and have not communicated the new procedure well. The 10 day / $30 rate is still available, but must be booked in advance through the Hyatt website, and if you don't do that, the rate is $11.50 per day. This policy is not publicized anywhere and the special rate is well-hidden. As a result we ended up paying about $100 more for extended parking than we had expected to pay.

Close to airport. Restaurants not so close.

The Hyatt Place Reno airport is next to the Reno airport and very well connected with a shuttle from the hotel. The hotel has a bar and some simple things to eat. It is good for a one night stay, when you have a very early flight. The room is spacious and accessible by elevator. It would have been nice when the restaurant had a little more choice to eat something. Further no comments.

The charges for parking. The shower heads (painful) our bathroom door stuck & was difficult to open/ close! Will not be staying here again! :(

The location was great for what we needed for 1 night The room smelled. The staff wasn’t very friendly and not helpful. Our luggage had gotten wet and some of our clothing was wet when asked if there was a laundry facility in the building, we were told yes, but the machines required quarters and the hotel staff couldn’t provide any to us so we had to go find a laundromat to use in downtown Reno.

The size of our room was excellent since I was with my 2 adult kids, we each had our own bed. Old run down damage to the doors and bathroom, no restaurant on site.

Proximity to the airport Paying for parking was unexpected since on previous visits it was free. The breakfast food selection was disappointing - no whole wheat bread; no bagels; prefer variety of individual containers of yogurt; no waffles/pancakes; no turkey sausage.

Nothing. It’s old, smells like mildew, and overpriced. When I arrived at 11pm no one was at the front desk. I waited at least 15 minutes for the transporter to arrive. The shuttle bus arrived and I was finally allowed in.

The location is near the airport, so not a lot available that is super close. Room was nice, bed comfortable. You have to do a QR code for parking that you have to pay for that you have no clue the amount. You also have to pay for breakfast, these were not clear when I booked the hotel.

Wonderful staff, clean, cozy rooms. One of the best airport hotels!
