Hyatt Place Reno Tahoe Airport

Very good

Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Exceptional

Wonderful staff. Room is on the smaller size but it has what you need. The shower was a great size. The breakfast was ok. Fruit was a nice treat. I was looking for a muffin or something along that line to go with the fruit. The cafe option was limited. I would not choose to go there again. The food was like heated airline food not the best.

me cobraron dos veses y no me regresaron nada todavía ni contestan alos correos

The staff was friendly and attentive. The front desk always had someone there to help. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I liked the full size sofa. The property was located close to everything I wanted to do in Reno. For the Hyatt brand I was disappointed in the general cleanliness of common spaces, particularly, hallways. Carpets looked dirty and there was debris on them. In my room, the sink basin was useable but cracked in several places. In addition, there were loose tiles that were propped up on the outside of the shower. In general, the inside of the property looked worn.

I like the divide between the bed and the sofa bed and the living area. The breakfast was amazing and definitely, a cost saver if you are traveling, especially with a family

Excellent. Thank you..

The rooms and staff were excellent......

This Hyatt Place is in need of an overhaul. While it is a useful location close to Reno airport, which is why we stayed there for either end of an overseas trip, Hyatt needs to pay attention to the condition it’s now in. The carpet is fraying, the bathroom tile is chipped, and the shower head/water pressure is absolutely horrible. It was truly depressing and not that cheap given its poor condition. I would not recommend it at all.

Breakfast was amazing!! Our room (2 queens and a sofa) was really big. Pool was big and very clean m, hot tub was closed which was a bummer

Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was AMAZING.. $100 non refundable pet cleaning fee, had to pay to park.. didn’t realize it was right across the street from the airport

The property was very clean and beautiful. Our room was excellent, very clean with extremely comfortable beds. I was very impressed by how clean and new the bathroom was. Breakfast was organized and tasted good. We also enjoyed the pool. The only letdown was that the hot tub was out of order. Highly recommended!

restful and quiet.

Did the job Bare bare minimum. Not even hand moisturizers or little plates.

Needs a refresh but better than other alternatives
