Hyatt Place Reno Tahoe Airport

2. really like to see more grab bars in bathrooms 3. place looked a bit tired compared to our previous stay 18 months ago 4. staff very pleasant and helpful 5. we had some difficulty getting our room cleaned on second day.....finally done by around 345 pm after my wife found someone who interceded with cleaning person. job was somewhat incomplete-dirty glasses were not replaced (we washed them out ourselves) 6. very convenient location, room setup is very good 7..disappointed to see that now you charge for parking

Very nice staying

Hotel took my payment and then advised me that they were overbooked. With no empathy advised that it was my problem to deal with Expedia. The Expedia staff was put on hold by clerk while the clerk checked in other guests and answered other phone calls (@ 11pm with my family with no other lodging options). It took me 2 days to get my money back for a room that they didn't give me. Did I mention numerous other guests checked in after I was told they had no rooms? I am assuming bc I booked with Expedia. Terrible customer service.

Ideal place to stay close to airport. Room was quiet and clean. Housekeeping cleaned when asked during multiple day stay. Great breakfast and staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Airport Reno.

My room for my kids and I with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper was double booked so when I checked in at about 1 o’clock in the morning, I was told that that room wasn’t available even though I had already paid for it. They gave me a room with one bed and a sofa lever, but said they couldn’t do anything else for me because I had booked it through Expedia. The room was OK. I didn’t like the fact that the sink and mirror were outside of the actual shower and toilet. The shuttle driver was very helpful and friendly. Parking is very expensive, but I guess that’s what everybody does these days.

Super kind staff! Everything was comfortable. Good breakfast options for the buffet.

You have to pay to park at this hotel and they don't tell that to you till you book..shady...but ok. The hot tub didn't work and looked as if it had been roped off since last summer. The pool was ice cold which lead to non-use. The staff were polite and very friendly. The breakfast was the reason I could not give a lower rating because the food saved it. Was fresh, hot, and refilled every morning. I appreciated the plates and once again the staff were polite and always quick to help. The paying to park is understandable since this is literally walking distance to the airport but put that in the final price, not a surprise and horrible intro to guests meeting your establishment.

The parking is weird and the app is difficult to use. The proximity to the airport is nice, the breakfast is better than average but I can’t get over the parking. The ROI on this stay is low unless you’re going to the airport.

Hot tub was not working and the indoor pool water was cold.

Free shuttle, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and clean, well-equipped rooms.

Very convenient location and friendly, efficient staff. I would stay here again.

Very close to airport with parking.

No tissue in the room. Noisy room next to the elevator and floor entrance. Unexpected payment for parking. Charged twice by the parking meter.
