SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Reno Airport

Staff was very nice and helpful. Was close to the airport. The room door did not latch other than the deadbolt once in the room. The restaurant was not very clean. Hotel smelled and showed signs of water damage and disrepair. The AC unit was filthy. Would have opted not to use it if it wasn’t summer. The tub/shower had cracks and areas where the finish was coming off. Hair in the bathroom I would normally have overlooked were it not for the general uncleanliness of the room. The sheets were clean so that was good, and the bed was comfortable.

I was expecting the outdated hotel for the price but I didn’t expect that my room will smell like an ashtray. Not sure what holds the management to steam clean the carpet and dry clean the curtains just to get rid of this terrible smell. If you are not on strict budget and need just a good sleep before early flight, do yourself a favor and use the hotel cross the street. The two positive things are the shuttle (available within 5 min with very friendly drivers) and very good Indian restaurant.

This place is great. The Indian restaurant is very good. The only complaint is low doorways , I smacked my head multiple times on different door frames.

This place was awful. Staff were not kind, did not care no baggage carts were available the duration of our stay which we discussed with other guests who had the same problem, did not inform me we would be at the other end of the hotel and should have driven to the other side instead of walking the large building. People smoking pot excessively outside in what should be the loading zone.

The courtyard is a nice oasis in summer, the pool clean and cool. Great shuttle service, nice rooms, and a great Indian restaurant on site. The day staff really went above and beyond.

This is an older place but is in good condition and clean. The bar was out of several tap beers and the employees working there were not in a hurry to serve the guests. Consigliere seemed irritated in the morning when asked for coffee for the room.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. We had been at Lake Tahoe and wanted to be close to the airport for our flight the next day. The hotel is a bit dated but it’s clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the Indian Restaurant on site and it was very good. They have an American menu also but I can’t speak to that. The shuttle to the airport was easy and prompt. The pool looked nice but we didn’t swim. I would stay again.

The proximity to the airport and 24/7 airport shuttle was great. The food was good in the restaurant. But it was lacking ambience.

In order to get any help you need go to the front desk. Don't bother calling from your room to the front desk they will only place you on hold with no pick up. Made 3 attempts. Only benefit this hotel has is the proximity to the airport. You can walk to the terminal on a safe sidewalk,

The rooms were fairly clean, but needed a lot of repairs around the shower, walls, and ceiling. I was told by an employee that the place is set to be demolished and a new one built, so that’s probably why they haven’t kept up with the property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t eat at the restaurant and or drink at the bar, but it looked nice enough. I didn’t park a vehicle. Best thing about this motel is its location to the airport when traveling. I use it quite often when in the area.

Comfortable quiet stay

It was very convenient. We felt safe staying there.

It was in a good location and the airport shuttle was great, but originally we were put in a room with someone else in it! Breakfast was not free and was also subpar.

The room was not well maintained at all. There were holes in the curtains, chairs and sheets. The carpet smelled musty as soon as you walked in. I tried to check in 30 minutes early and they wanted to charge me $40.

The bed was very comfy, as were the pillows. Good room for the price paid (around $100-150 cheaper than other hotels we looked at). Location was convenient enough and because it wasn't in a neighborhood-there seemed to be less homeless/drug addicts hanging around outside the property which made me feel a bit safer. Overall, would stay here again if needed.
