Victorian Inn

The water was very decent and HoT! The Manager was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff I met, was amiable and friendly as well. As for the parking, there is one parking spot assigned per room, but the manager will help alleviate that problem if need be. The air conditioner in my room was large and very adequate this week of 'Hot August Nights' record heat wave... Very much Recommend

Room was clean and basic. Parking was available but weren't many spaces. Air conditioning system worked well. Front desk staff were pleasant. Overall, stay was good for the price.

This is a very quaint inn. Parking was easy. The staff was super friendly & helpful. We will definitely be staying there when we are in Reno. The area was very quiet even though it was on a busy road. We never heard any other noise, i.e., from other guests upstairs or on either side of us.

The room was clean, large and the bed was comfortable. It could use a couple updates(curtains) but the room was cute. I would stay there again.

Bit of a mixed experience here. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The room however was a bit less clean than expected and desired. From the photos online i was a bit disappointed. The carpet was pretty dirty and full of cigarette holes even in a nonsmoking room, the bathtub was scratched up and there was an old shampoo cap or something left in there, also soap dispensers full of ancient dried up soap that do not work. I also had a carpet beetle or some other kind of beetle crawling on me in the bed, luckily was just one. The bathroom fan is incredibly loud though the place is pretty quiet, no yelling kids or anything and is really close by a lot of spots. Like 1 minute walk to a gas station which was nice for snacks and drinks. Air conditioner was a swamp cooler type unit that was very dusty but worked well to cool off the room even in the afternoon.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Victorian Inn. It was clean, staff was very nice and it was located in a great spot. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel was very out dated nd the bed was not comfortable at all. Any movement it was very squeaky, it smelled bad like someone had been smoking all night and it was a none smoking room. Not only that they still have not released my 150.00 deposit. DO not stay here.
