Staff is friendly. Room is cozy

Comfortable bed, though stained, I’ll-fitting sheets. Sketchy neighborhood with some long-term guests. Couldn’t get coffee maker to work. Fight outside at 4am. Smoking just outside door. Poor curtains-too bright all night.

The room needs big updates and floor was grossly filthy. We had a little dog and his feet got filthy just walking on the floor. The linens were clean and bed comfortable but bathroom was unappealing to even use the shower. Fortunately we only had one night. You have to have the desk clerk get you ice. Still uses keys for doors. Haven’t seen that in awhile. I tried the in room coffee but the machine left a lot of coffee grounds in the cup. Maybe it needs a good cleaning. Walking distance to a nice casino while walking past the bus station that had security out front.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND EVEN WORSE OWNERS!

The price was right, other options were much more expensive. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. It was near to family and I had stayed there before so I knew what to expect. Bathrooms at this place could do with updates and there are no restaurants close by unless one goes to a casino reachable by car through an underpass on I-80

The Victorian is a quirky motel next to I-80, sort of a Mom & Pop motel. The vibe is mid-century and worn but It is convenient for a visit to family and the price in contrast to other possibilities in Sparks was the best it could be for a budget-conscious stay. The location was handy for nearness to family but there are no nearby restaurants, just a car-ride under I-80 to the casino or a convenience store on foot.

It's an adorable old school hotel!!! A very easy walk to The Nugget. The Event Center is just a stroll through the casino. Bonnie was Awesome and super helpful!!! We will definitely be booking again for the next concert!!!

The water was very decent and HoT! The Manager was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff I met, was amiable and friendly as well. As for the parking, there is one parking spot assigned per room, but the manager will help alleviate that problem if need be. The air conditioner in my room was large and very adequate this week of 'Hot August Nights' record heat wave... Very much Recommend

Room was clean and basic. Parking was available but weren't many spaces. Air conditioning system worked well. Front desk staff were pleasant. Overall, stay was good for the price.

This is a very quaint inn. Parking was easy. The staff was super friendly & helpful. We will definitely be staying there when we are in Reno. The area was very quiet even though it was on a busy road. We never heard any other noise, i.e., from other guests upstairs or on either side of us.

The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful and friendly rooms comes with air conditioning and free parking the hotel was a great place to stay
