The staff was very helpful Lots of shady characters running around outside little concern for safety. But there seem to be good security outside and inside.

Rooms were dated and dingy. Hotel smelled like smoke. Area was sketchy

First, your me met with people you don’t want to see in front of the property. Second, staff wasn’t really helpful and kind of rude. Thirdly, they did not clean my room and I come back from work to a very stinky room as I left trash in the trash can that was never picked up!

The manager helped get a room on a different floor. We got there at 6:00 PM . And our rooms weren’t ready. I payed for a king bed and got a queen. Didn’t have a refrigerator. Even though I payed for the upgrade.

Staff was very nice. Place however was terrible. First room had to be switched due to a awful smell from fridge and the window was so scratched up you cant even enjoy the room. So I lost my city view with the upgraded room I payed extra for. Second room almost as bad. Carpets beyond disgusting in both rooms. Homeless people all over the entrance. Will absolutely not stay again.

We had a decent stay! Decent rates, great complimentary coffee, flavored creamers, and muffins in the lobby, and a casino that is locked to non-hotel customers, I had to use my room key to enter!

My hotel key didn't work half the time, shady looking locals hanging out in front of the casino and hotel made me very uncomfortable

10/10 the price of the room was amazing. Location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely will stay again!
