This property was relatively inexpensive to stay at. Thought it was reasonable price for a 1 night stay. Bed had some piece of metal coming out of the side of the bottoms of the bed frams that my son hurt himself on several times.. Might need to review this as it is quite dangerous. Not to sure what the purpose of the metal served. No fridge no microwave. Dogs allowed into hotel and had to watch were we walked for dog poos left in car park. Difficult to spot at night. Eat in at Casino downstairs. Staff at both the eatery and bar so friendly. Food was basic but good and convient. Tried chicken sandwich and hamburger. Easy to find in Reno.

Room was dirty, some kind of goop on the wall. Hardest bed ive ever slept in. Dirty floor. Hallway smelled like pee and poop badly. Elevators always crowded and no other way to get up and down. Dirty bathtub. Broken lamp. No fridge. Old carpet all rippled up. Just nasty definitely dont stay here

First mistake was we picked the hotel because it was close to the highway and it was just a stop overnight on our way to our destination. Hotel is not in what I consider a safe area, first room they gave us the AC did not work, when we went back to the reception desk the first response was what direction does the room face if the sun is streaming in the room may feel warm. I said the unit won't even turn on, turns out the room wasn't supposed to be available due to the broken AC.

Close to downtown. It was ok, one night was enough, as it was not in a great area. You did have to use your room key to utilize the elevator, so at least only people staying at the hotel could get upstairs. Would not stay again.

It’s just extremely dated and there are crackheads wandering around outside constantly.

Not located in a safe neighborhood. Smoke free rooms smell like smoke due to the casino located next door which is smoking and other smoking rooms. Guests smoking in elevators and hallways. Staff is limited which housekeeping services were not able to keep up. Had issues getting clean towels on a daily basis even when asked front desk staff.

There was to many homeless people around the building and to many drugsey around the building I don’t feel safe there

The casino was scary. A patron in the diner looked to have overdosed. First responders came and took him away. My friend and I ordered dinner and waited at the nearby bar. We are familiar with the area so weren't surprised by the clientele. Honestly, we felt safe and the bartender was very friendly. The cook brought our food to us. He was very friendly as well. We took the food back up to the room. It was delicious! I had a cheeseburger; she had a grilled chicken w/bacon sandwich. We were very pleased. The registration area was nice and clean. The customer service agent was great! Wish I'd gotten her name. Overall, if you just go to registration and your room, you won't notice the less than savory folks. The hotel definitely needs a remodel or at least a good cleaning of the carpets, etc. However, I was pleased with my visit and would stay again when money is tight. If you're going to stay here, be prepared. There are some homeless folks in the parking lot and surrounding areas. Luckily I knew what I was getting into and it was worth the price!

The staff that help me was really nice. But the bed in the room is small for 2 people. I end up not staying and the staff was very helpful advising me to contact you for refund.

While the room was clean, the lobby and property are worn and dirty. It reeked of smoke. I had a room with two beds for my sister and I and they only provided one bath towel.

Dirty room won’t let you check in any time before 3pm got there at 245 and they said they didn’t room ready till 3pm. I staying with wife and two kids and they said they only offer one towel per room and they said they bring a fresh towel each which they did not room smelled like mold bathroom was filthy and clogged sink which never sent anyone to help. A/c did not keep room cool room was set at 65 but never got below 80. Very shady people hang out around parking lot as well would not recommend this place to anyone.

Clean room with ac and stuff helpfull. I did not like the carpet was wet. Toilet not working right. Pillows too small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were not so clean, on the side of the bed there was a piece of metal sticking out, my husband nearly cut himself with it. They had to move us from our room because the AC was not working and the maintenance didn't have anything to fix it, so they moved us to another room. The outside of the hotel is ugly worn down and dirty. The rooms are very worn down too, at least ours was. I wouldn't stay there again. I guess you do get what you pay for.

Great hotel stay

Priced right. Neighborhood is low income area and some people would find the area uncomfortable

Parking truck, trailer in tow with a sxs was frightening. I appreciate the front desk providing a room from the 7th floor where we could see our rig. There was a mob of degenerates roaming the parking lot when we pulled in. Hookers, pimps, tweakers all over the lot. We spent the better half of the night watching the truck and beeping horn every time someone stopped by to finger through our stuff. There was only enough towels for one person to shower. We didn’t even bother-left at 5am.

Property needs some TLC. At least 2 trash receptacles overflowed constantly. The room was average, but comfortable and safe. I walked pass a peach seed on the floor for 5 days. On my way out I couldn't roll my luggage because the carpet was in such disarray it wouldn't roll properly. I don't think on my next visit I will not be staying there. The staff was wonderful especially the front desk. There is a lot of foot traffic outside but they managed to keep that on the outside. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
