Ramada by Wyndham Reno Hotel and Casino

Honestly surprised to see the conditions it was in since it’s attached to a casino. Once you walk into the lobby it reeks of dust and, mildew and cigarettes and weed. Going thru the hallway to my room even worse if a smell, super unpleasant stains everywhere. Once I got into the room again stains everywhere, water stains on the curtains. Again mildew, mold smell. Ac didn’t really work, bed was super uncomfortable you could dead feel the springs. Honestly the worst stay I’ve ever dealt with. Never again.

We had booked 2 double bed room at Ramada hotel and Casino in Reno. When we reached there they offered us one king bed, we needed 2 beds. The hotel is in a terrible condition. We chose not to stay there.

Hot water tap is broken. Carpet is not cleaned.

Wasn’t in a great part of town. Was a good place to sleep but around the area was sketchy. Our room wasn’t ready at 5pm and we were told it wasn’t available then it was and housekeeping didn’t restock it and the toilet didn’t stop running.

this is an older small Casino type hotel. I thought the rooms were very comfortable. This is not a resort type of property but is located near the rodeo grounds. I have stayed here before and would stay here again.

Not recommended for families.

The hotel is in a convenient location, relatively close to the highway and downtown Reno. The room was clean and comfortable and the price was great and fit well within my budget. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again should my travels bring me back to the Reno area.

Property was in disrepair. Staff was short and rude. Lobby was extremely warm and smelled funny. Didnt go to the casino. Not a safe part of town. We were just stopping off the highway to sleep. The room was clean the air cold. Bed very comfortable.

Hotel was premises were not very and the carpet was stained and torn in various places.

One positive thing I’ll say is the staff is friendly and helpful

It was fairly clean, but it was comfortable and reasonable. We found hair on the floor of the bathroom.

The bed was missing a sheet when we got there. Room was clean but hallways were dirty. Vagrant and drug use in the parking lot. Glad I had a Nevada CCW permit.
