The front desk was really great and helped diffuse a stressful situation (that had nothing to do with the hotel or staff :-) ).

Room was great with microwave and fridge added bonus Television selection

Nice upscale feel, walkable to casinos, across the street from ballpark, enjoyed the pool. A little pricy. Parts of the area felt sketchy at night. The neighborhood needs further redevelopment.

The staff at check in was amazing. There were some problems with the reservations (on our part) and they went very much out of their way to accommodate us. Unfortunately, I only got the name of one of the 3 people helping us. It was Jesse. Great experience rarely seen anymore. Rooms were great- clean, bright.

Staff Location

It’s a great alternative to casino hotels. The price is right. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff was really great from check-in to the cute little cafe and bar. The river view was nice, a nice patio off the lobby also. As some reviews noted, there are some homeless people around downtown reno. It wasn’t a big issue, not nearly as many as my hometown. There are a few homeless people who hangout across the river and if this bothers you ask for a ballpark view.

All was good with this! Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. Nothing to complain about! All good!

We like the Parking, short walks to where we wanted to go.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. I booked this hotel as a last resort when a snowstorm in the Sierras made returning home via I-80 unsafe. Was looking for something affordable for a very brief stay, so I was disappointed when so many fees jacked up the final price by about $45. The Booking.com listing said "Parking on-site," but I didn't realize that meant a shared public garage across the street, which cost an additional $15 per night. And the cramped lot of the hotel makes even a brief stop to check-in difficult. The hotel is also directly across the street from a baseball stadium, which was quite loud the evening of our stay (though fortunately it quieted down by the time we went to bed).

Very clean, beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The pool was a little smaller than pictures but that was ok. The ad also made it look like breakfast and coffee was complimentary, which it was not you had to pay extra. However what you paid for was good. Ate a burger and berry toast and both were yummy. The internet was hard to connect to. Elevator closes quickly and almost caught my 3 year old in it.

Staff at the reception is very kind and nice. They helped me a lot and gave suggestions on restaurants and other activities in Reno. At arrival, I changed three rooms since none of them was properly clean. Suggest to improve the cleaning quality.

Safe location It was a bit overpriced and our sheets and pillows smelled a bit
