Rooms were spotless. Satff was so nice and patient. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Location was also great !!

The check in process is ridiculous. The request after about 15 minutes of again checking in at the location, my apple account was needed with the password I didn't have with me. The room was pre-paid they had all of my information and my credit card so the requirements were insane!!!

Booking through Expedia was seamless, Placemakr reached out a couple days later and sent link to do the registration process that they require. On same day of check-in, email was sent with the information needed to be ready for check-in process(done through Latch app). *Note: Be sure to always have a charged phone since it is needed for access for ALL doors* Parking in private garage was only $10 a night but def. worth it since its not in the safest spot of Reno. The apartment upon arrival, was clean, stocked with basic kitchen utensils, pots/pans & plenty of towels in bathrooms. The windows are a little tricky to figure out but they do indeed lock. Wifi is provided. We have a family of 6 so having a decent sized place to stay and a full kitchen is essential for us so this was really perfect & affordable! There's a complimentary espresso machine in the main lobby and even little dog treats! We will be back if we are ever in the area again.

Great staff, very clean and nice. Felt safe and in walking distance of several casinos and Reno sign. Latch system is complicated and confusing. No tv in BR. Bed is firm and shower weak 😞 but overall, a great stay. With a few tweaks, this place could be incredible for a Reno stay.

Access was difficult to manage.

Great price for the size and what it offers. Employees are very polite and the location is a block from the strip.

Parking was also inconvenient. We were told there was elevator access from the 6th floor of the garage, but there wasn’t. We weren’t offered a luggage cart and later learned they were kept in the office out of sight. Inside the room, we found only two towels for three people. Since my husband had the only key card, I couldn’t leave the room to get more, and no one answered the front desk phone. During this time I couldn’t even take our dog to the pet area and ended up having to put him on the balcony. The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable, and our daughter ended up sleeping on the regular couch. We also found an empty vodka bottle under the pull-out bed, which was disappointing since the room otherwise seemed clean. We appreciated that dogs are allowed, but the access issues, unresponsive staff, and lack of basic supplies made the stay stressful. I would not stay here again.

The room was amazing. The staff was very friendly.

Our stay was great!

The room is a condo, so don't expect to get hotel level service. Parking is a hassle. You have to use your phone to gain access to anything in the building, so make sure it's charged. Overall it's a nice place for the price. I'd have to give it another shot to see if it fully meets or exceeds my expecations.

Barking dogs no gate key and too complicating to Access

I see some frustrated comments about staff not caring or being available to assist guests. Each time I called them, they answered and were pleasant and readily available to assist. The check in/initial garage parking is a bit confusing, so this is an area in which they can improve, but otherwise, beautiful place to stay. We went for the weekend and walked 2 blocks to Virginia Street, streets were clean, felt safe (although would not walk alone at night) and it was so nice to come home to a clean stay without the lingering cigarette smoke of the casino's. There is a rooftop area which I believe had a gathering almost until midnight that was a bit loud; could have just been that one weekend we were there. Again, beautiful facility and would absolutely stay again!

I had gone to Reno for the Family Weekend at UNR and needed a pet-friendly place and space for other family members. So our 2 bedroom Apt. (Big rooms too) was perfect. They have multiple courtyards and a rooftop lounge with great views. Just missing bar service! There is only one courtyard you can bring your dog and they even provide poop bags. In the mailroom/front lobby, there is a WONDERFUL coffee maker that you just push a button and makes all sorts of wonderful drinks including the richest hot chocolate. It also smells wonderful in that room - they are certainly pumping the air with something dreamy. Overall stay was great. It's close enough to walk to the casinos and some great restaurants. Just stay on the main roads as it seems some of the back alleys could be sketchy. Would stay again for the convenience.
