There’s no lock on the connecting door. So, anyone next door had access to harm us if they choose. I stayed awake the whole night because of it. The floor is buckled & broken. There is no weather seal around the door, so it's extra noisy. The bathroom fan is installed incorrectly. Whoever installed & or maintains tile in the shower should be fired. The grout is half gone & I'm sure water is penetrating through the pan creating mold everywhere that will probably destroy the hotel office below. It is & will continue to be a health hazard for guests & staff. Not to mention, this hotel must address their cockroach Infestation! The front window is broken. The tub jets are broken & the access panel for the jacuzzi is missing. The paint is peeling & light switches don't work. I should have demanded my money back. But the ladies at the front desk were kind & I didn't have it in me to make that demand at the time. The owners/decision makers for this hotel have created an unsafe place for guests & staff. Refusing to do basic safety maintenance because you want to turn over a room quickly is abhorrent. I personally believe the rest of the rooms are likely as bad as the one I stayed in. These rooms should be shut down until all of these safety violations are corrected. That is, if the owners of the property actually give a damn about their guests & staff.

It was an alright place...

Don't stay here. Room was not very well cleaned and very run down.
-
Very decent
-
Walk to Casino's. Very loud outside noise from the street, which is to be expected in this area of the Downtown, especially on Friday/Saturday nights.
-
TV is to complicated with 2 remotes only thing. A block away from circus circus casino
-
Price and location suited us. Several face plates off on the electrical outlets

I need a refund

air conditionor worked well, the room had one ok bed and one horrible bed. the paint was peeling off in the bathroom, the whole room could use some new paint. Location was excellent, limited parking. some had to park across the street at circus garage. lots of people wandering around at all hours of the night, cars drag racing up and down the street and in the parking garage at all hours of the night.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke, furnishings in the room older than my grandmother, very dated, needs lots of remodeling. Gave 2nd thought to even staying there at all. I will not be staying there again. Staff were not very friendly and one of them was constantly on personal calls on her cell phone.

Close to freeway, price was reasonable. Everything was OK
-
This area of Reno is simply not the best. It is aged and people are just looking for a cheap place to stay that is well below Lake Tahoe prices. The downtown casinos were not very busy. If you want something better stay at one of the big resorts.
-
Close to the bowling Breakfast is not granola bars and coffee and juice so please stop saying you serve Breakfast
-
Location and price. The phone was broke and the paint was chipped on the bathroom door.
-
Much better progress since the times before but the rooms are not like they say they are on the ad or the pictures
-
Had no TV for the first 3days. The free internet was spotty, even though I tried two different connections. Each morning I find one or two roaches in the bathroom . Bed was comfortable and refrigerator was cold.
-
The room was dirty. I booked online an when I got there said they needed a $100 security deposit. Said the deposit was refundable and then never got the refund from said place.
