The room was spacious and clean. A work desk, dining table and small sofa made my stay totally comfortable. Friendly front desk staff. Will definitely return.

Very good

I'm not a gambler so not a lot of activities available inside hotel. A number of restaurants closed during the day waiting for the evening patrons. It made finding a breakfast restaurant difficult.
-
I’ve stayed here several times and never had an issue. Yes the place is older but they have great restaurants, very helpful staff, convent location and clean rooms.

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Casino was good.
-
Restaurant was great Time soon for a maintenance in room wall paper starting to heal or lift from wall.

Not much Booked a King bed for a 2 night stay on line when I got there they said none were available. The hotel and parking lots and casino had very few people there? I questioned why a king bed wasn't available with no one hardly there? They asked if I wanted to upgrade for more money I declined the up sell. The Bed was not comfortable. Shower valve squealed while showering. My internet hot spot was blocked while trying to send out a couple business emails. I had been camping for 12 days prior sleeping on an air mattress. All I wanted was rest and to relax it didn't happen. I left a day early very disappointed.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.
-
If you are looking for a pool though, it is too small and the pool deck does not look inviting, but that's only for the summer months.
-
We always stay at the El Dorado when we come to town to visit our kids. Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds. Love the Rowe (mezzanine level) with all the awesome restaurants and bars. Great location to local attractions, bars, restaurants and the college. Fun place to stay!
-
Disappointed as we have stayed here many many times but this time it was awful and old in the older tower The self check kiosk was not working upon arrival which wasted more time checking in with the front desk. Everything about the room was disappointing from shower head to mattress.
-
Buyer beware! They did not refund my deposit!! Did not give a reason!!
-
The room had a coffee maker, but no cups. The TV remote had to be within 3 feet of the TV EVERY guide to EVERY ammenity required a QR code and a smart phone. We'd have been better off at a LaQuinta INN

The Casino environment was heavy with cigarette odor which is not appropriate for people with medical conditions. Also I didn’t appreciate that the valet damaged my car bumper and could not own up to it. Rather, they lied that the damage was there before so as not to incur the bill for repairs. I was never notified of the damage either by phone call or physically. I only got to know about the damage when I was checking out of the hotel. Very bad attitude displayed. I definitely will not be using this hotel any more.
