Staff was friendly but property look really outdated and the air does not feel clean in the room.

Drain in shower was plugged and water was scorching hot. It burnt my baby's foot. Never been in these rooms before and expected more. Rooms were small. Couldn't walk around.

It was a great experience… One bad experience TV didn’t work in the initial room and reassigned to better room and great view of the city!

It is centrally located and ok restaurants. The room was nice but there was no towels, sink had mucus like someone blew their nasty nose. That was there when I showed up which means that room was not cleaned properly. Also, the AC did not work and the days I was there it was not hot I can't imagine how hot it would have been had I visited during a very hot day.

At a very loud clunky air-conditioning unit very difficult to get any sleep not good for a hotel

We stayed in level 5 room. The room is noisy from the AC machine outside the windows and the room is very smelly.

Hotel was nice you can walk from the inside to other hotels.

Great location. Went there for a bowling tournament. Just a short walk from the casino to the bowling stadium. A block behind the bowling is the Aces baseball stadium. We went to a game while we were there. Plenty of good food and fun all around the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Next time we're in Reno, we'll stay there again.

Plenty of places to eat. The bar was a lot of fun and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

When we first checked into our non-smoking room, we noticed it smelled like smoke. We let the front desk know right away, and they were quick to help. They moved us to a different room without any hassle, and we actually liked the new room even better. We really appreciated how promptly they took care of the issue. Overall, we had a great experience, enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back. Great customer service and a very convenient place to stay!
