Everyone was so friendly and helpful, us room has a weird smell and the front desk help us and give us another room,

Everything was clean. Check in was fast and the service was great. I would glady come back here again.

We had a wonderful time at the Silver Legacy. We opted for self parking, in the covered parking building and lucked into a great spot, close to the check-in desk on the same floor. There’s plenty to do there, between three hotel with casinos and all of there amenities. There are many dining options, from high end Chris Ruth’s, to pizza. It was clean, and I felt safe in the parking garage even after midnight.

again ! I ended up having to track down towels and forgoing the room cleaning (both days) Not horrible but it’s nice to come back to a nice made up room after a long day !

Had a great stay at Silver Legacy Resort & Casino in Reno! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location right in downtown Reno is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and casino action all within easy reach. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Reno, I’d come back again!

Clean room with in room coffee and fridge. Complimentary self parking is a great benefit.

Never had to wait in a line for elevators to stop on floor.

Clean room, good location, pool area crowded with kids, adult only hours would be nice.

Receptionist was very friendly and made me feel welcome.

Hotel check-in was difficult at Best. I did the pre-check in online then went to use the kiosk and it told me we found your reservation, but you have to go to the main desk so I stood in line behind 60 people for about an hour not good silver legacy. The room was clean and everything worked properly. I choose to stay here when I’m staying in downtown Reno, but they need to fix the check-in process.

Very good

The room was very nice and very clean, beds were also very comfortable. I gave only 4 stars due to the pool closing so early. When we went to go swimming the pool had already closed and wasn’t even late.
