The room was nowhere near the standard a hotel charging a resort fee should be held to. There were hairs, most likely from the previous guest, on the toilet and in the shower. The thermostat was disabled, partially coming off the wall, and surrounded by so much dust it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The furniture is extremely outdated, old as hell, and the entire room felt neglected rather than properly maintained. I would not recommend staying here. The only real benefit is that it’s cheaper than the surrounding hotels, and after staying here, it’s pretty obvious why.

We stayed with the children. I would not stay out late in Reno with children again, but we arrived late. The kids had a blast in the arcade.

The suite was very spacious, bed was comfortable and sofa bed fits two adults. We were on the 9th floor and the water pressure in the shower was great!!

Overall- should of stayed at a different property!

There are some unfavorable reviews. But this property is really trying hard to turn things around. Everyone was happy and customer oriented. The property is a little distressed, BUT, they are making honest and sincere strides to renovate and make the property a good value for your buck. I really hate to say it because I'm trying hard to talk them up, but the cigarette smell.

Location is good, stayed here quite a bit. I left a sweater in the room and housekeeping didn’t turn it in to lost and found. It should have been turned in and not kept/thrown away. It was a brand-new hoodie. Honestly, I probably won’t be staying here anymore after this.

The bathtub drain was clogged with SO much hair….. kiosk did not work for self check in and our first key that printed from the kiosk did not work on our door. However lobby staff were super nice and gave us two working keys.

Sky Tower have a great view .
-
The shower needs to have a little more pressure. When we showered, it felt like we did not shower well, due to the strength of the shower pressure being too low.
-
Cheap hotel with very out dated amenities. No complimentary water bottles in the room. AC was loud and smelled of mildew. Room door lets in a lot of light. Staff was great, only reason the property didn’t get one star.
-
Great customer service, everything was clean from the room to the outside of the casino.
-
No help at luggage desk, unwilling to give us a cart, had to have an employee help- yet no one answered any “help desk” phones. Had to figure out parking/ luggage unloading alone- to get to a dirty room. Was offered an upgrade for a fee for a closer/cleaner room. Will never return.
