we were right over the garage and it was noisy all night...motorcycles.

Beds were very uncomfortable. The room smelled of smoke and mildew. There was water damage in the bathroom coming from the floor above the pictures even had water damage. Carpets missing chunks out of it. Very disappointing will never stay here again. Tried to change rooms and they were no help for that

Convenient

Room was nice but honestly it’s such a pain to stay at these casinos if you have a reasonable amount of luggage. I must have walked over a mile just checking in and moving my luggage into the room. Can’t believe how expensive Reno is now, the resort fee is exorbitant. Prob won’t be staying here again

The signage directing guests to the hotel entrance was very poor. We had to circle the property several times before she could figure out where to enter. Once inside, the reception experience was not much better. The front desk agent was rather short and unfriendly when my sister asked about the hotel’s pet policy. More importantly, we were not given basic information weneeded, such as where the pet relief area was located in relation to her room. The pet relief area itself was also poorly marked and difficult to locate. The distance between the guest rooms and the parking garage was another significant issue. I had a back problem, and the long walk to and from the parking garage was quite painful. Unfortunately, the window shade was broken, and the drapes were damaged. Otherwise, the room was clean. Overall, the stay could have been much more comfortable with better signage, more helpful and courteous front desk service, clearer information about the pet facilities, and better attention to basic room maintenance.

It is a nice size room with a little fridge but big enough to put refreshment bottles in there. Location is downtown close to the university and plenty of restaurants ( also fast food) and art work in walk in distance . The one problem with older casino hotels is the loud window Ac units . Windows itself are old and allow street noise to come through. They would be smart to ask Coca Cola to exchange their vending machines to quieter ones which I have seen in other hotels. The current vending machines are very loud 24//7. Get a room far away from the middle . Other than that it is a nice, clean good size room with nice amenities for the price. Weekend prices are too high .

Too dark, and the entrance only is not labeled clearly with the eye level sign in such a way that people take it for the same exit by mistake!

The hotel was average, nothing special. If you stayed in the Tower through a website because it was cheaper, it was just ok. Very dim lighting in bathroom but shower pressure was ok. Room did have a mini fridge but no microwave for heating up leftovers. One plus, free parking in garage.

The hotel is fine, our room was pretty far away from the main amenities of restaurants and gambling.

Room was excellent

I was very disappointed with the rugs on the entire property- old with, faded, dirt spotted - the room was kept very clean, housekeeper was excellent - i had a very bad impression on the surrounding areas with the homeless population- (please not a discrimination) i feel very bad for them but, i did not felt safe walking around the area. No shows to go see in the hotel -

We had two mornings without hot water. The building is extremely old and it was evident in areas with high traffic. The stairs with completely black from foot traffic while the rest of the carpet was colorful as of the stairs were purposely not clean. The elevators where missing tiles and was also very sketchy to ride. The walk to check in from the garage was a complete joke as there were no elevators and you literally have to carry your bags up and a set of stairs and escalators. Our room was decent but the restroom toilet was not clean. It looked as if someone had a blow out and if was let behind on the rim of the toilet.

No hot water in the mornings! Overall everything was well.

It was a long walk with luggage

Oh boy, the person who cleaned the rooms on our floor was sick, sick enough to wear a mask and gloves, then remove the mask while sneezing into their gloves. We had several rooms and ALL of us got sick. This is unacceptable. I think the person managing cleaning staff should have sent this one home, I would have rather had a dirty room than the sickness we all got. And really, this could be deadly to a person on chemo. For that alone, I will not return to this hotel.

everything was good ... the check in process , the staff , the room ... the only bad was the shower ... no hot water !! i was only able to shower once during my stay ... and it was cold with a splash of warmth ... and i tried evening, night-night and super early in the morning ... it was bird bath city (smh)! once they get the hot water situated , this will be a good place to stay !
