Best Western Plus Spartanburg

The room was much smaller. than I anticipated. The first thing I saw when I checked into the room was a bug on the wall, which I killed. The sheets on my bed looked dirty. After the first night, I woke up and was bit in four places. not sure if it was spider bites or bug beds. The hallways and bedroom needed to be vacuumed better. The breakfast was fabulous. The coffee machine was really cool and the coffee was delicious. The staff was very nice.

I'll keep booking here, staff is always so nice and the rooms are always clean!!

The entrance to the hotel was dirty as was the elevator (only 1 was working). The room itself was very good...clean. The 2 televisions in the common areas were tuned to CNN, which is a huge turnoff. Keep it on the weather channel as to not offend your customers.

The ironing board was obviously broken but stuffed back in the closet. The in-room coffee maker was broken, too. Poor breakfast choices

Location, easy on and off HWY, 1 Restaurant and Dennys in walking distance. ALL STAFF were super friendly especially late night and Breakfast Crew. Free BREAKFAST was the best sooo many options, fresh and Hot

Breakfast was great with many options s on the menu. The room was clean. The staff was very nice. We were sent to a room that was still under construction but mistake. The room we stayed in needs some upgrades in the bathroom.

We had a funeral to attend in spartenburg and this hotel was right off the freeway in the middle of all our stops. Very convenient for the location. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great. The bathroom could have been cleaner but was dealable.

Good things: the room was quiet. Breakfast was delicious. The kitchen and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice! The gym was perfectly clean and well maintained. Things to improve: The carpet was smelly. The shower was not clean, and there were some insects crawling in the bathroom. The fitting sheet on my bed, next to the window, was constantly sliding off, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Pillowcases were yellowish. The blanket was too thin. We tried to make AC lower to eliminate the musty smell in the room but were getting cold. The carpet in the room was covered with stains. The desk had a damaged surface. The elevator had no AC! It was very hot in there. In the lobby we saw big dead bags on the floor! Overall, it was pretty good, just needs a little effort to make it cleaner. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

Breakfast was good, the coffee was great, and the muffins were amazing The first room they gave me was clearly closed my maintenance it smelled awful and hot. The next room was on the next floor up which was fine. However, the hallway was hot and smelled like marijuana my whole stay. The were stains on the floor. And the shower floor was dirty.

Strong smoke smell throughout building, poorly laid out breakfast stations, spray bottles of cleaners and used cloths right by food items, overall not a pleasant atmosphere

Loved this location everyone was nice and hotel was very clean. Will definitely stay again

The staff was absolutely amazing. Allowed me to ck in early. It wasn't too early, but still they did. Everyone was absolutely awesome.
