No breakfast Bed was too hard. People drove up in car with very loud music and cussing loudly at 1:30 am. Room smelled a little like cigarettes.

* pet friendly at no charge * pretty clean * big room * comfortable mattress ( but not pillows) * lady that checked me in was super nice and helpful * no shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer * pet area was a tiny spot at bottom of stairs - no disposal bags and garbage can was running over * ice machine and office are across the parking lot in another building * very difficult to get to * no breakfast * door into bathroom was filthy - tub and toilet were clean though

It was clean This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. I booked my disabled access room but was given a second floor room with 2 flights of stairs to climb. I use a cane. The man that checked me in said they didn't have any 1st floor double room available. Someone called from the office Friday evening and asked me was my family staying pass Sunday, if so she could move us to a 1st floor double room. The TV was blue screened. I traveled to see my family that I haven't seen in over 30 years. The experience ruined everything. I'm am requesting a full refund.

i rented a room for one night. paid upfront and paid for early check in (subject to availability) okay understandable. i get there early. see maybe 10 cars and get told not a single room is available. whatever i’ll eat that 7$ gamble i took not a huge deal. finally i get a room key. i swipe it and open my door and there’s two children laying on what’s supposed to be my bed watching their iPads. “are you sure this is your room?” the child asked me if i’m sure the room i opened with the key i was given is mine. yes. anyways went to the desk get another key after i explain it. go to that room, bed unmade nothing cleaned up. go back to the desk a THIRD time. FINALLY i get a new room no children unattended in it no unmade bed. not the best room but decent for the price and the one night stay. minimum parking is an understatement. maybe 5 spots on the side of the building i stayed on. again not a huge deal but annoying after all id already gone through. then 8:30 am on the morning of my 11:00 am checkout housekeeping is knocking on my door asking if i’m staying or leaving. does it matter? check out is 11:00 am. you don’t need to knock at 8:30 in the morning to see if i’m leaving right this second. come back at checkout times thankfully it wasn’t expensive so if you’re okay with all the crap i just listed, decent hotel close to town. but if you want a good one steer clear!

Was without power from 8 pm until 3 am due to a storm and nothing was mentioned or even apologized for the inconvenience. I know it wasn’t their fault but some kind of compensation for the inconvenience would be nice as the was no AC or way to charge my phone etc

I like the privacy and that the staff was not too nosy but were there if needed. I feel the rate was a bit much only because I found that a hotel close by for the same rate or close to it offers breakfast and had a pool for the same rates.
