Terrible experience, the room full of cockroaches, bad experience in the hotel and really sorry, the images they have. They don't whistle when you're there. I would not consider this hotel again.

The lady at the desk was nice At first we were going to be turned away because it was showing they were booked up when we finally handled that situation and got in the room, the room was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes. There was nicotine stains all over the wall. The bathroom was dirty. None of the cable channels worked and the Wi-Fi wouldn't act me and my wife ended up just leaving and not even staying.

Well ive been a guest here for years, i used to feel welc I ned here but unfortunately ill never stay here again. Theres no way..this place will be in the ground worse than before if this new manager doesnt stop letting his title caise him to feel above all. He will never keep guests who will be loyal atnthe way hes doing. I have worked in this industry for many years and seen his kind and unfortunately he will not succeed with the way he is treating ones who keepnhis paycheck coming. Id really love to hear from the owners so i can inform them.of this whole situation. So this is hopefully going to make my.voice be heard since i wasnt able to reach anyone as of yet that wasnt on the property, so lets begin with this place was once a spot of crime.and drug crimes but thats somewhat better but there is no way this place will stay in business with the way this jew manager treats guests who have not beem any kind of issue. Ive NEVER done a thing to make this man go so far as calling the police to have me trespassed due to something i had no control over or really had to do with me, it was another person who is 80 with dementia and was having a bad day. Any one whos aware of this unfortunate condition will be able to say this isnt a thing one like myself controls, so from this i was trying to get the situation under control and the manager so very rudely wouldnt listen to my reason bc he spoke over me as if i were an ignorant perso. Claiming his boss had already been informed bc it had "escalated" to her, she had been on the phone with another person of whom i can say would either be abother employee or the manager or what i beleive is true would be no one, and he was just being a jerk wanting me out. The day before he had came and told me to leave bc i hadnt paid when in reality yes ive paid, yes everyday, not late, not less than owed amount butin full, ive paid and he proceeds to tell me he didnt show such in his system so i found the guy i paid and had him.inform him that i was not lying, again why would i even try to, but he then rudley tells me to leave the office. Prior to this id thought things were ok and i dont know what made him decide to flip.on me, as ive been a guest here many yrs and neber caused issues, and in all reality.STILL never caised a problem but now ive had police contact me and inform i was tresspassed, theres absolutely NOTHING ive legitimately did wrong.

Everything else was horrible, staff rude and even entered my room without cause

The roaches found in the room because of people who live at the hotel as well as you only get cleaning service once a week and 1 roll of toilet paper once a week. I had to buy mu own supplies to clean the room.

The only good thing that I have to is that the staff was very professional

Horrible! My key did not even work, AC didn’t work, holes in the WALL, and surrounded by homeless people.

Hotel has mold, staff is rude, staff randomly comes in your room to do room checks, if you don’t comply that have law enforcement kick you out.

not the best but its cheap and relatively quiet

Negative 10 stars. Active, live roaches. Mold in all caulking. Staff was terrible. TV was broken. Bed had bugs. This place should be condemned.
