The staff and breakfast were great. Overall the hotel was a bit run down not what I have come to expect from Holiday Inn. Could use a renovation.

Was given a handicap room and the shower was not good and was very low.

It had an outdoor pool. Coming from Michigan, this is a reason why we chose this hotel. The breakfast is not included for all guests. Only 2 guests even though we booked the larger room that sleeps 6. This is misrepresentation on Booking and the manager didn't care. The hotel has been renovated very poorly, our shower door wouldn't stay closed, and our fridge was broken. Very low quality.

I survived 1 night. Checked in late with no problem and checked out early the next morning.

It was very clean and felt safe. Bedding and comforters and pillows were clean, soft and comfortable. Free breakfast was made to order and delicious. Staff was friendly and professional.

Location was good There was no breakfast included even if my booking said so

Didn't like all the random ppl walking around all hours of the night. Someone took a knife and engraved markings in 1st floor elevator. Random ppl walking around all night, needs to have security button to get in
