Great Stay! Clean room! 10/10

Upon checking in, the young lady at the desk had some uniform challenges. Her stomach was hanging out and not well groomed to be part of the staff. I was not advised of check out time I was just advised that continental breakfast was not included with my room. I only received my key to the room and no additional information. The elevator had an odor to it, the room across from me was having a party with the smell of Marijuana all in the hallway. My room appeared clean until I went into the bathroom. The shower was dirty and had hair in & there was something sticky on the door knob. I did not have the complimentary hand soap or shower cap in my room. As a travel agent I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. No business cards at the front desk upon check-out and no receipt was given. I was told that I would receive it via email.

We only stayed one night, but that was enough to be bitten by BED BUGS!! I called to let the staff know the next day, but the answer they gave was that they looked and didn't see them. I sent pictures of my hand and leg, and it is unquestionably bed bugs. Hopefully they took care of it, but I didn't get the impression they were overly concerned about the issue.

Went for a softball tournament-terrible. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry all the coolers, bags etc up stairs at the end of the hall- and only one end because they were painting the other stairwell. Pool was closed down so team couldn’t use that. The one washer was broken so we couldn’t wash uniforms. Tiny fridge that didn’t cool and knob was missing- no freezer or microwave in the room. Food and drinks weren’t cold, so had to use coolers, then carry up and down steps. Had to ask for clean towels and trash bags multiple times. One microwave downstairs- dirty and didn’t hardly work. No open breakfast- just a restaurant. Literally worst option ever for a softball team!!! Beds were comfy, clean enough to stay, but only if traveling lightly! Definitely not worth what we paid!!

Didn't have my wheelchair accessible room even though I reserved over a week ahead of time and booked it and called the day before nad was reassured I was all set. Then elevator was broken pool was closed food was crap overall would not recommend

This Holiday Inn was superb! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the location was near everything.
