Staff was a bit unfriendly and the property was in need of a deep clean and update. My room was wet and muggy if the ac wasn’t cranked to 60 and the bathroom smelled like mildew.

Toilet was broken when we came in the TV was not functional carpet was not clean and it was thread bearing spots. The elevators were dirty. Your maintenance guys were just hanging out and not doing anything. The front desk help was not eager to serve. You should not put comfort suites on that hotel because usually comfort suites is a guarantee that you’re gonna have clean rooms functional good staff, but this there definitely is not.

This place is just run down and not well kept. Even the pool was filthy and the steps to get out of it were falling apart. There was mold on the shower curtain rod where they used some type of fabric tape to keep it in place. During the morning breakfast a huge family of adults and kids absolutely destroyed the food area! Screaming kids and loud mouth mothers. Mean while the manager just sat at the desk and allowed it to go down. I’m not a perfect human…but damn!

for 78$ i,d say i got what i paid for. property need a serious overhaul in all areas. especially bathrooms and A/C. not horrible, but would not say was good either

One of the front desk staff members was also discourteous. There was no greeting upon arrival and no goodbye when we left, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Entire facility, especially our room, had a horrible smell - very old and musty smelling. Carpet are in need of replacement throughout, especially in the hallways. I will never stay in a Comfort Inn again!

Nothing. The lobby was decent It was absolutely filthy, the carpet had holes in it, the room was dirty and it was overpriced

Bed was comfortable Ground floor rooms smelled mildew/moldy. Bathroom was very dirty. Freeway noise was loud.

The place was extremely dirty. Went to the store and bought bed sheets. Ran into someone that had stayed two years ago and they commented this hotel is not the same as the place I stayed in the past. I was surprised that it was so poorly kept since my experience with this brand had been good in the past.
