for 78$ i,d say i got what i paid for. property need a serious overhaul in all areas. especially bathrooms and A/C. not horrible, but would not say was good either

Run down, smells like BO, people smoking crack and drinking beer in the parking lot at 10am, pubic hair in the toilet when we arrived and they sent someone up with a towel to brush off instead of cleaning the toilet again, remote on tv broken, and freezer had mold in it.
-
One of the front desk staff members was also discourteous. There was no greeting upon arrival and no goodbye when we left, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Entire facility, especially our room, had a horrible smell - very old and musty smelling. Carpet are in need of replacement throughout, especially in the hallways. I will never stay in a Comfort Inn again!

Location The room was not clean. The bed was made and that was it. The room was disgusting. The lady at the front desk was not friendly. She was in the phone with her friend while also trying to check us in. I didn't know if she was talking to me or her friend. She also told us she didn't know if the room was clean or not... it was 5pm... and isn't that something she should be able to check on!?!? The pool was gross and dirty. The beds were hard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Should have had bacon. I have always had a good stay at the Comfort Inns in general, wherever I maybe. Thanks I should have stayed at West Gate, which would have been closer to the home we were working at. Will know next month. Do you give out discounts to couples that return often.

Nothing. The lobby was decent It was absolutely filthy, the carpet had holes in it, the room was dirty and it was overpriced
-
Bed was comfortable Ground floor rooms smelled mildew/moldy. Bathroom was very dirty. Freeway noise was loud.
-
The place was extremely dirty. Went to the store and bought bed sheets. Ran into someone that had stayed two years ago and they commented this hotel is not the same as the place I stayed in the past. I was surprised that it was so poorly kept since my experience with this brand had been good in the past.

While the location was good, we will not be staying at Comfort Inn again.

looked nice on the outside Carpet at elevators is worn that there is no color left needs to be replaced. shower, toilet and bathroom floor had hair everywhere, looked like the room had not been cleaned. The carpet in the room is nasty felt dirty when walking on it. There were 2 guys talking /fighting very loudly in the parking lot when I arrived. i packed and left no one at the front desk acknowledge me as i dropped my room key cards. i booked at another hotel and was so much better

Manager on Friday the 12th of June "evening shift" made everyone around 15 people get out of the pool at 8:30pm. Everyone was cooling off and relaxing in 90 plus degree weather. Sad we could not relax and have a good time.

The beds was not clean floors dirty I was. Moved to a driffent room still not clean I would never return or remind my friends or family never to stay there
-
The breakfast was good.
-
The sheets were dirty. It had crumbs in the bed. The comforter was covered in hair. There was a bag of brake pads still left in the room from the previous person I suppose. The location was questionable. The Carpet was awful. You could smell marijuana in the elevator.

Nothing Staff steal my property

Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet.

1. Dirty towels 2. Dirty Microwave 3. Molded can of opened tuna beside and under the couch 4. Food from previous stays were in freezer 5. The entire 2nd floor smelled of marijuana 6. NO WAY anyone should want to eat the breakfast. Hotel had a posted sanitation grade B

I have nothing that I like. Customer service named Ravi laughed that he couldn’t help me and didn’t say sorry. The room was nasty with buggers on the wall and curtains. Trash over on the floor. Breakfast sucked too.
