Very nice staff and we're accommodating during the severe thunderstorm high winds weather while we were there. Made me coffee when we asked for more. Rooms were updated and liked the color and new furniture. Bathrooms very clean.

The location was great right off the highway The breakfast was ok. Wish there would have been sweet rolls and cereal or fruit.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper in my room. The Continental breakfast was a joke. You could tell the thing was just had a makeover. Cosmetically.

Clean and friendly The hot water temperature you could only take a shower for five minutes in the water would start getting cold. Did tell the front desk about that.

Tried to call front desk twice-no answer Internet not available-not able to reach staff for help

Close to Restaurants and the Fair. Air conditioner in our room smelled and stuck on high..Fridge had stuff in it yet..sheets were dirty on one of the beds..you had to slam your door to keep it shut..

JAMIE, the manager, was fantastic! Very pleasant, courteous, accommodating and professional. Should I return sometime, it will be because of her as one of my primary reasons! You advertise "breakfast". That was NOT the case as that usually includes one or more of--or a combination of--biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, pancakes or waffles. A future booking will probably hinge on that failure (tho Jamie might still be the deciding factor).

They advertised breakfast ans they only had 3 mini muffins. There card kept not working. I told them to have my mail in my room when it got there... and they never even checked the mail box. I waiteted several hours to get my own mail. It was delivered at 10:30 am. I didn't get it till 5pm

Covid is over. Let's get back to a decent breakfast, not 2 slices of stale bread to toast Bring back the waffle maker, fresh fruit, fresh baked goods

Breakfast was less than expected. The website information listed hot breakfast items like eggs, toast and waffles. All that was provided was coffee, muffins and apple juice.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff easy to work with. Breakfast a bit basic. No elevator or laundry available. Nice place to stay overall, though a bit of a pain moving gear upstairs.

price sink wouldn't drain tv was hard to use - I had them help get it turned on, but then when I tried to turn it on later, I couldn't do it. breakfast was prepackaged muffins and sad.
