Quiet homey hotel with large rooms, good breakfast, convenient location close to I90, food, and mall. Stayed here with my wife and 4 kids in a 2 bed 2 bath suite .got Mexican food access the road, went to the mall and Cabelas. Then Silver Wood in the morning

The staff was great!

Great place for families. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite, did not get the 2 bedroom suite, instead was given 2, 1-bedroom suites. Great staff, clean pools and free breakfast!
-
My only complaint is the pool and hot tub had so much chlorine it stung our eyes and throat. My kids and other kids were caughing from it. My husband opened up the windows to help with ventilation.

This is a great place to stay!! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable!! I think we will switch from the place we usually stay while visiting grandkids in Spokane Valley as for the price, this is a better deal. Love that is has a complete kitchen and the hideaway bed was also big. The breakfasts had lots of options, even for my gluten free diet but they weren't always right on top of keeping it stocked. We really like that the checkout isn't until noon so we could go to church without having everything sitting in our car in a parking lot. Only had one blip when people sitting out at the fire pit were smoking with the door open and it was stinking up the halls clear up to the third floor!!! I called and the front desk and got no answer - as the smokers were the front desk staff and were outside and not responding. (I am allergic to cigarette smoke.) Otherwise the stay was great.

There were two rooms in one room. Staff was very polite and the place was clean breakfast was good. I felt like just walking around in the room normally it shook the bathroom door and I kept having to tell the kids to walk slow cause I thought we were going to get in trouble, but we weren’t even doing anything but I felt like it because of the door shaking and kinda loud

Breakfast was fine bagels were hard Furniture was very worn and used. Construction was ongoing and had we known that we wouldn't have stayed there. Also construction workers must have hit something to make fire alarm go off.

All good. Great Breakfast

The hotel seemed to be recently renovated. Bed was comfortable, linens were in good condition, new fixtures with usb plugs. The breakfast bar was very good. Every employee we spoke to was lovely. The only thing that put a strain on the stay was that the first night we were there, the fire alarm went off twice at 4:30 am. I called the front desk and they explained the situation was okay. It did lead to a poor night of sleep though.

While the room was clean, there are some maintenance issues like stained tile grout. Our room was quite cold and even the heat of the water was not very hot. I was less than impressed.

The hotel is under renovation but it was a very pleasant experience

My family and I stayed in town for a week to visit family and decided to stay at the Residence Inn. The property was nice and staff was accommodating. I wish housekeeping would’ve cleaned more often, in the week stay we had they only came by once. The hotel is also currently under renovation and you can hear constructions noise late into the night. The fire alarms kept going off due to high chlorine smell/levels and not enough ventilation in the pool area causing and nuisance in our day. The room furnitures are really outdated with rips and pieces hanging out. Both mattresses were sunken in the middle causing us to wake up with back aches. Other than that
